A Halloween Messup

"Stupid plebians, celebrating this day of sugary foods and dumb costumes, well when we-" "Oh my god Karl! Shut up! You're ruining the summoning!"

The party was a blast, loud music, lots of food, and so many people in funny or interesting costumes.

Everyone was having a good time, of course. But sadly, this was not to last. But no one knew this at the time.

Elias stepped forward smiling, "Hey, enjoying the party?"

Character interaction first... spell after.

The Priestess of Gusto notices Elias and smiles. She was busy feeding Falcor, her pet bird dressed up as Gusto Gulldos, some bird feed. Nothing bad was gonna happen at this party, right?

"Yeah," replies Winda. "I'm enjoying the party so far, and the food is great, too. I can't believe there was some bird feed available. Maybe it's for those people who use live birds as costume accessories, though. Anyways, this outfit was pretty easy to make. I already look like Winda, so I just had to make the staff and robe. Well... My sister had to make the doll for the outfit, but still."

Springtrap looked at Elias and said "This is the biggest and greatest halloween party I have ever, and probably will ever have gone to." Springtrap preceded to laugh happily.

Daniel grinned. "I like it. Good atmosphere, the food's nice, and the costumes are pretty cool too." He replied, resting his staff against one shoulder.

Liam was using his prop gunblade almost like a cane. He leaned on it—not too much, it was only cardboard—and pushed his hair out of his face.

"It's not the kind of party we'd throw back home, but honestly, I'm just glad I got invited." He took a sip of his drink as he nodded along with the bassline in the background. In Miami, he'd be getting smashed off Red Bull and vodka, but this didn't seem to be that kind of party, so he'd settled for the first energy drink he could find. "So what are you guys doing after this?"

Mireille waved to the others, still yawning from the Jet-lag she suffered, she was quite delighted that she was invited to this party, but nonetheless her body still worked after the European clock.

This costume had taken two weeks to make, but it was definitely worth it. Even being teased a little for going as a girl was worth it—not that Felix cared. In his opinion, he was going as the coolest character in all of fiction, which gave him some license for wearing a wig.

He nodded. "Yes! I am freaking loving this party! Any chance to wear this is good in my book."

Ama usually didn't come to parties, but a friend of hers had dragged her here. Despite her apparent indifference, she actually was enjoying herself.

She'd originally made her costume for a convention, but any excuse to wear it more than once was good by her.

Winda immediately waved back at Mirelle, and Falcor cawed at her. Man, Winda even went the whole 9 yards and dressed her bird up as Gusto Gulldo. Winda even dyed the feathers green with an animal-friendly dye.

Mireille walked to Winda "Hi - *Yawn* - sorry, Jet-lag. Cool party, isn't it?" After eyeing the costume for a bit she continues "Cool costume, and a good card. Though I don't really play with Archetype decks."

Winda smiled at Mirelle.

"T-thanks... This party is going great so far. Mind if I got you a snack or two?"

Mireille shook her head "Nah, not at all. Though no alcohol please."

Rita flipped the Buzzer over in her hand once or twice. Despite the thing being painted cardboard she liked how it had come out. It was boxier than it appeared, but not an absolute eye-fucking disgrace. The mask she had purchased online - it was far better in quality than she was expecting.

"Yeah, it's a pretty sweet party," she commented. "Gives me an excuse to test-run this costume, too, I'm thinking about heading to a con with it. I've seen maybe one or two people who cosplay with the armor on, so I like to think I'll be bringing something unique to the table there."

Mireille looked around before following Winda "So, what you're up to at the moment?"

Felix waved at Rita. "Hey! I like the armor. And I definitely understand what you mean about being unique." He gestured at himself. "I've seen one good cosplay of this girl. She's...kind of unpopular."

Winda was about to retrieve some snack mix for Mirelle until Winda heard Mirelle.

"Nothing much," replies Winda. "I was about to get some snacks for you."

She was about to hand the snacks over to Mirelle until she accidentally bumps into the Hoxton cosplayer, and the snack mix spills onto the floor. Falcor is busy snickering at the clumsy Winda even though Falcor is just a bird.

"Sorry about that. I didn't see where I was going."

Mireille helped gather the snacks "So you prefer the loud approach?" She asked the Payday Cosplayer.

By the time Springtrap stopped laughing he had just enough time to see Winda and Mireille trying to clean up the spilt snack food.

"Hey" Springtrap asked "do you need any help with cleaning that up"

Without waiting to be asked, springtrap preceded to lean down to try and help them clean up the dropped snacks.

Rita, in turn, headed over towards Felix. "Yeah. The armor is pretty nice. Made it out of plastic, mostly, with a bit of cardboard here and there. Why's you unpopular?"

She then turned towards Mirelle. "Yep! Stealth has its uses, but I find I have way more fun beating back assault waves than I do answering pagers."

"Haha, especialy now that the bipod is in game" Mireille says while chuckling a bit "Nothing better than to take your MG 42 and show those cops whose boss."

Felix shrugged. "I dunno. Personally, I think she's the greatest female character since Buffy. But people call her a Mary Sue...say, have you played Kingdom Hearts? That's where she's from." He looked over Rita's costume again, blushing a bit. "Also, if you haven't, I haven't played enough Payday to contribute much..."

"Personally I'm considering getting a DLC unlocker. Not a fan of how Overkill's been handling things recently." Rita then turned to Felix. "Don't mind it. I haven't played much KH either, and Payday isn't worth your money any more. Long story, believe me."

"Loud approach is fun. Especially playing flight of the Valkyries while you assault a guard outpost," Elias noted smiling.

"Ah well, nice costume still," He noted.

"Well, you should definititley play KH! Especially 358/2 Days. Trust me." Felix wiped his brow. "Honestly, I only know Payday from my bro, he plays that game on Xbox every so often. I'm more into RPG's and strategy games."

He looked around. "I wonder if anyone else here is into KH..."

With the help of Springtrapp and Mirelle, Winda was able to pick up the snack mix. Falcor is still chuckling at Winda until she glares at him. That glare usually indicates that Falcor will be getting a cut in bird feed for the next few days. Winda looks at Springtrapp and Mirelle.

"T-thanks for helping me guys," said Winda. "I'm Winda. Everyone calls me that since I look a lot like the Yu-gi-oh card. Who are you guys?"

Winda glanced over at the girly-looking boy^note Felix and spoke up.

"Well, I only played 1 and 2. I was too busy with my life to play those. Could you sum up what I missed?"
