The image in this page is a thumbnail from a Let's Play of the game on You Tube. The figure in the picture is the L Per's (Christopher Odd) avatar, and is not part of the game. It also has the title off to the side and an arbitrary number (indicating part 2 of the LP).
I selected "Poor Image" because "Incorrect Image" isn't an option. It could also be "Does Not Illustrate" (though to be fair, it's kind of hard to illustrate this game). With Christopher Odd's avatar taking center stage, it borders on JAFAAC, though there's no caption and it's the wrong face.
I'm sure there are plenty of acceptable images, including promo materials, or a screenshot of the title screen. But using someone's video thumbnail, featuring characters not appearing in the work is wrong.
