The quality on the current is really bad, for sure. I lean toward the second pic but both are good.
I like the second one better. It focuses more on the mess rather than two people reacting to it.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"I also find two characters reacting to the scene more engaging.

Besides, the current needs to go. Not only is the quality kinda awful, there's a bit of noise from the text overlays.
