CoLC crossover RP, discussion

Phone post, sleep last night didn't go as well as I'd like, and I now have something going on very early tomorrow morning that I decided I'd prefer to just stay up all night until, since I'm nocturnal. With both of those in mind, I'm going to rest in bed now, maybe even fall asleep if I'm lucky, for one or two hours while my laundry is going. So I'll be back in about that long.

EDIT: Alright, and now I need to leave for that aforementioned thing. I'm gonna pretty much go straight to bed after I come home, so that's it for me tonight folks. Tomorrow I'm sleeping in with no alarm set, so I'm not sure when I'll be online, sorry.

Okay, I am here and fully recapped. Only got around five hours or so of actual sleep, but since I'm just staying home and relaxing all day, I should be okay. I'm already feeling much better than I was yesterday. I'm going to check on some things, and then see about working on a post.

EDIT: Well, with that little post I'm going to get out of here; last night's lack of a full sleep is starting to catch up with me and I'm getting tired. Once again I'm sleeping in with no alarm set, but I should be on a lot earlier this time since I'm not staying up for something early in the morning. When I get on, I'll be making a post for the combat scene even if Rean and Garrett aren't accounted for by then.

Alright, here and fully recapped. Again I didn't get as much actual sleep as I would have liked, but it shouldn't be a problem, for now. I'm going to check on some things and then see about working on a post; it might still take me a while though, I'm still thinking on a couple parts of it.

Hmm, I wonder if Brother Marcus turned into an Asterion Moloc rip off.

@ANGRY_DEMON_NOISES: Brother Marcus is going to get something like Spartan heavy infantry hoplites. The real ones, not the 300 ones.

Anyway, I need to get going for tonight. Sorry for going without another post; combat is waiting, and for other scenes I'm not sure what I want to post yet, and I'm already up later than I should have been.

Tomorrow's evening short is pretty short but I don't think I'll be able to get on before it, so I'll be on late compared to today; plus I might have something going on right after work, though it shouldn't take super long. My rough estimate is somewhere around... Four hours later than when I got on today. Also, I won't be able to be on for very long; just a couple hours or so at most, due to Saturday's early shift.

Okay, I have only about an hour to be here, so I'm going to check on some things, work on a post, and then if I have time I'll get to the signup stuff, but I suspect I won't.

Going to mention now so I don't have to worry about it later; tomorrow I should be online earlier of course; probably around three hours earlier, give or take a bit.

Would Ryu spawn on the balcony or switch places with Gon Firock?

Posted, also the outfit doesn't have a hidden blade and the lower half of his face is covered by a bronze mask.

@ANGRY_DEMON_NOISES: There is no "North" in the city, and it would be pointless even if there was. You should have the clarifications about the outfit in your main thread post, in a footnote or something.

Anyway, I am here and fully recapped. Combat post is waiting around four hours or for Rex and Rean to be accounted for, whichever comes first. I'm going to check on some other things and see about making a post for other scenes real quick.

But before that, while I'm posting anyway and have it here, my schedule for next week: In the broad strokes it's the same as this week, just with most of the shifts being longer. As a reminder, I have a moderate, sort of early shift tomorrow. Monday I have a very long early shift, and on top of that we're having some special training at the end of the shift so I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up going over. Tuesday is the exact same very long early shift, but without the special training stuff. Wednesday and Thursday are off; I'll be going to take care of something one of those days, but it shouldn't take super long anyway. Friday I have an extremely short evening shift, same as this week. Next Saturday is a pretty long early shift. Then next Sunday is a somewhat short early shift.

Once again, thankfully no days that will be completely out for me, though next Friday is going to be even less time for me to be online than this Friday was.

Okay, with that post I need to get going for tonight. Tomorrow I will probably be on a bit later than today; the shift is scheduled to end at the same time, but there's something I want to get done after work before getting on my computer.

Oh, also I'll need to get going earlier tomorrow night too, so I won't be able to wait the full 24 hours before starting on the next combat post, if somebody still hasn't been accounted for by then.

... Well, at this rate maybe I just won't post for the combat scene today after all. Not that I want it to drag on, but I also wouldn't want it to continue while only 25% of the players who are technically involved have been accounted for. There are some other scenes too where players just haven't been accounted for... I'm looking at you, folks inside the library.

As it stands, there's only one little thing for me to post in response to right now. So, I'm going to check on some things and maybe kill some time for now.

EDIT: Alright, I will indeed not be posting for the combat tonight, as with that little post I must go. Tomorrow's shift is scheduled to end at the same time today's was, but with the special thing happening at the end of the shift I suspect that it might go late; or actually maybe end early, it's hard to say. Since I was delayed getting on today by stuff after work, as I had expected, then therefore tomorrow all I can say is that I doubt I will be getting on much later than I did today.

@secretlyasuperhero: It's still the same combat round as when Ben was calling for Eve's help on the radio; since she wasn't leaving until she heard that, she shouldn't be showing up right away like that. That wouldn't even fit if the buffet fight was shifted to literally right outside the library.

... Well, I'm here and recapped, the little bit that's happened so far. I'm not used to weekdays being this quiet while I'm gone. 24 hour mark on the combat post is in less than an hour now, but with less than half the active people in the combat accounted for- even discounting those who can hardly do anything right now, namely Cole and Ben- once again I might hold off longer before actually moving on. Also at the moment I actually have nothing to respond to otherwise, so uh...

Guess I'm gonna go check on skype chat and such for now.

EDIT: So, this hasn't happened in quite a while, but I guess I'm going to go without making any post at all today. I'm sleeping in with no alarm set tomorrow, and I'd like to go take care of something after I get up which will probably take about an hour, but I roughly expect to be on earlier than I was today. I can't really be sure how much earlier though, probably no more than an hour or two.

I would like to go ahead and start working on a combat post as soon as I'm on, so for those of you who haven't posted for it yet, you have until then.

Holy guacamole, never mind on being here earlier. I probably could have, if not for there being tons of road construction and really bad traffic as a result; plus I had to make an extra stop while I was out that I wasn't expecting. I even cancelled something I was intending to do after getting home and I'm still here this late.

Anyway, I see that the other major persons in the battle have posted by now, so I'll be working on a combat post, just after I check in on skype and such. I am a bit distracted with laundry going, but I don't think it'll take too long.

EDIT: Well, I should finally get out of here, though I have a couple things to do still so I won't be going to bed just yet... Anyway, so tomorrow I'm sleeping in again and this time with no obligations going on to make me want to get up at any particular time, so I bet I'll be on later than I was today. Couldn't say by how much, but I don't think it'll be a lot.

... This amount of inactivity is starting to worry me. I suppose it's all as well for today because I didn't get nearly enough sleep and it's my own stupid fault; I'm only up because I didn't want to waste more of the day still laying in bed. Anyway, I guess I'll check on some other things for now.

I do apologize; I just find myself having trouble posting. (particularly since I don't think a lot's happening?) I'll see if I can fix something later today.

Not a lot is happening mainly because not a lot of people are posting.

But that's alright. If people just need a little breather or something, I understand. I'm just hoping it won't end up with people dropping out; I made a promise to finish this RP though, so as long as there's anybody posting at all I intend to see it through.

Also Fergard, Rachel's response to Two's request was here, and there's also this since the things being said on the militia channel were audible through Rachel's sea shell!walkie talkie.

EDIT: Well, I better get going for tonight. I'm realizing now that I'll likely only be able to be on tomorrow for around an hour, so even if there has been enough posting in the combat scene by then, I might just not have the time to respond to it anyway... So if indeed some of you just feel like you need a little break of sorts, then there's that. As for when I will be hopping on tomorrow night, probably around an hour and a half later than when I got on today, give or take a bit.

Welp, indeed looks like I won't be posting tonight one way or another. I would have liked to post my schedule for next week as long as I'm here anyway, but unfortunately I forgot to write it down while I was at work. I should have it tomorrow for sure though.

Speaking of tomorrow, I would like to work on a post as soon as I get on tomorrow, which I expect to probably be around... Three hours earlier than this current post. (Or to put another way, in about 21 hours.)

Alright, I am here now. My apologies; I could have been on a little while ago, but I got distracted by the end of a movie my dad was watching. Anyway, now that we're officially at less people accounted for rather than unaccounted for, I will start working on a combat post soon, after I check on some other things; it might still be a little bit before it goes up though.

Also, while I'm here, I have my schedule for next week as expected: As a reminder, tomorrow I have a somewhat short, early-ish shift. Monday I have off, but I'm going to go out and get something done that day. Tuesday is a somewhat long early shift, and I might go to see The Incredibles 2 after work that day. (I found out my local theater has a discount on tickets on Tuesdays.) Wednesday I have off; wasn't planning anything for that day. Thursday is moderate evening shift. Friday is a very short evening shift. Next Saturday is a long early shift. Then next Sunday is a moderate early shift.

Of note is that Thursday's shift starts late enough that I could probably get on for a little while before work. Friday's shift ends early enough on account of being so short that I should still be able to get online, at least for an hour or two, despite the early shift next Saturday.

EDIT: Alright, I better get going for tonight. Tomorrow I should be on earlier actually; my shift is scheduled to end an hour earlier than today's was, and I'll try to be less distracted once I get home. Though, I will also be doing a load of laundry once I'm home. I would think the main exception would be if I can't get a good sleep tonight, in which case I'd try to nap for an hour or two while my laundry is going.

I'll still wait until the 24 hour mark or for the last few characters to be accounted for, of course. Until then, I don't have anything to post, so I'll be checking on stuff and doing some other things for now. I've got laundry going anyway.

EDIT: Okay, I should call it for tonight. It's a little hard to guess when I'll be on tomorrow, as it mainly depends on how traffic is when I head out, but I expect I'll probably be getting on either around the same time I did today, or a while later. I will have to leave for the night not long after the 24 hour mark on the combat post, so I may need to actually start working on it a bit early. I can hold off on actually posting it until the 24 mark has gone by though, if not everyone involved has posted by then.
