Hey there, Shoutmon! Don't know anything about Evangelion, really, so that might be interesting :P
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.@Shoutmon Z: It would be nice to have you back, with any character.
Anyway, with that quick response post so that a couple people won't have to be waiting on me as much, I better get going for tonight. Tomorrow is unfortunately the day I don't expect to be on much, and might only get one post done. Also as it is an evening shift, unless I manage to wake up early enough for a quick post, I won't be getting on until a fair deal later than today; my current guess would be about four hours later.
You are reading this.Woke up early and am here for a little bit before work. Gonna try to get a quick post up but can't guarantee I'll have it finished before I have to leave.
@All Hail Thrall: The Plumbers actually shouldn't detect anything from Ben's signal. Their equipment would basically tell them, "signal? What signal?" even though they are clearly talking to Ben.
@ctrl_alt_deliiiight and Shoutmon Z: I might not be able to get to your signups tonight at all, since I don't have a lot of time overall.
You are reading this.Huh, I didn't know, sorry. I'll edit that.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.@Firock
- Thanks guv. I'll most likely be back by next week on Monday.
Back from work and fully recapped. Not going to rush on posting since I might only get the one done, but I'll try not to take forever either; I'll get started after I check on some stuff.
@Locoman: Rick kicked open a revolving glass door?
You are reading this."Kicked the revolving door in such a way that it spun quickly allowing him access" doesn't roll off the tongue as nicely.
Alright, I was just yanking your chain anyway, sorry.
Anyway, I better get going for tonight. With tomorrow's early shift I should definitely be on earlier than when I got on after work today; maybe not as early as when I hopped on briefly before work though. My apologies to anyone currently left waiting on me.
Oh, and happy Saint Patrick's Day!
You are reading this.Seems I won't be able to write a post today, due to poor use of time on my part. I'll only be back and able to make a post in about 26-27 hours from the time of this post. Sorry for the wait Wikkit.
Why is a yam attacking me?@Firock: It's all right, I don't mind. It lets me focus on other stuff anyways.
I must say @FullMoon, I'm enjoying reading Papyrus. My gosh. He's just as energetic (and funny) as he should be. XD
"You said you had a dream... That dream... Make it come true! ... If anyone can, it's you!" - N (shortened) Oh, and I'm a girl.Someone take this loud skeleton away from me
I think Seiga could take you up on that offer.
What, is she gonna slap an ofuda on the screen? =V

Here now, fully recapped. I'm still in that special state of being kind of tired but not quite tired enough to keep resting in bed, so I think it'll take me a while to type up my next post; but I'll get to work on that after I check on some things.
Okay, since this is the second time you've had Sora do something so out of character that I have to say something about it, I'm going to bring it up in discussion for all to see. And I'm putting my GM foot down this time, because this is so wildly and exceedingly out of character for Sora that it's about the polar opposite of what canon Sora would have done in this situation.
The amount of context Sora currently has is one guy saying that the second was picking on his friend and getting on his case about not doing that. Then the second guy confirming that the first acted to defend his friend, and then pretty much warning the first guy to calm down and drop it or else. Canon Sora, being 100% a "friends come first" sort of character, would never side with the second guy in this context.
Canon Sora is much more brash, and talks and acts immediately based on his emotions; he is not this weird armchair psychiatrist you've been playing him as. He shouldn't be calmly and logically thinking, "huh, if the second guy was ranting so much it must've mattered to him as much as this mattered to the first guy." Frankly, he should be siding with the first guy, saying something like, "hey, he asked you to leave his friends alone, so just leave his friends alone!"
And I really have to wonder why you would have Sora respond the way you did. All I can think is either you're having him act based on information Oceanstuck and others told you in the skype chat, in which case you're metagaming; or, since the first time you went out of character with him was also him proverbially throwing Louie under the bus, that you simply want him to side with player characters and not with non-player characters, which is not an acceptable reason to go this far out of character.
Seriously, edit that to be more in character for Sora.
You are reading this.To be fair he is loosely acquainted with both Louie and Lewis.
That might be cause for him to not immediately jump to Louie's side, though like you said Lewis is in "fuck this noise" mode and that probably would be at least a little suspect.
So more of a "woah wtf" reaction than a "calmly and immediately side with Lewis" reaction.
i guess you can watch me shitpost i guessIt's still an extremely out of character moment and comment. Especially the "you can't be angry at everyone that ever does something bad against [your friends]" part.
Canon Sora isn't the person to be explaining that to somebody else. Canon Sora is the person that somebody else would have to explain that to him, and then he would argue that they're wrong.
I mean come on, "I always stick up for my friends" is literally one of his most defining traits; it's pretty much the reason he even starts his big adventure in the first place, since he's looking for Riku and Kairi.

You are reading this.I'm just saying I'm leery of Sora taking either side, since he's been around both parties enough to warm up to them. I think just a "dudes wtf" reaction would suffice.

i guess you can watch me shitpost i guess@Shoutmon: If your character is in a Halloween costume it needs to be explicitly Halloween themed.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.Well the loud skeleton is gone, unless he does return in a later call
Just a little note, I do not intend to revisit Big Band.
REMOVE SOY LATTE remove soy latte you are worst hipster. you are the hipster idiot you are the hipster smell. return to portlandia.Well, I better get going for tonight on account of the early work shift tomorrow. The shift is exactly the same as today's was, but I wouldn't be surprised if I feel the need to rest for longer once I get back home. So I might be on a bit later, is what I'm saying.
Also I'm considering either going out to dinner or to see a movie sometime tomorrow night, but I'll see about getting on my computer and making an initial post before that.
You are reading this.@Thrall: Oh... Whoops! I edited it just now. Is a werewolf costume any better? Excuse me if the answer is obvious but the Philippines doesn't really celebrate Halloween
If you're not too familiar with Halloween you could easily have Shinji in holiday-colored clothes or something simple like that.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.
Shoutmon! Welcome back! I think it'd be cool to see Grimlock again though if you wanna signup as someone from Evangelion I don't want to stop you.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.
