I have a feeling this is going to be another one of those small games they occasionally make which actually turn out to be pretty good. But you never know.

I guess the question is if this is something new, or if it's to Far Cry 4 what Blood Dragon was to Far Cry 3.

PC Gamer says it seems to be like Zeno Clash.

But in the mammoth tweet, I could swear I heard gunfire.

So, is this Far Cry The Lost World?

I wonder where and when this one will be. Or heck even what we should expect.

I know one of the surveys released by Ubisoft mentioned a prehistoric setting that included dinosaurs and more varieties of predatory animals as a potential game concept, so I guess this might be a sort of Jurassic world.

Hard to imagine just how will they attract the typical FPS crowd without the modern day guns and such... pretty big risk Ubisoft's taking with the plot.

Never played this series before but this looks fun.

I will admit I am quite intrigued by this.

I'm a big Far Cry fan, so I'm definitely intrigued. Probably the only Ubisoft series that I actually am a fan of, all things considered.

I liked both of the previous games along with Blood Dragon. I am curious on how they'll make the game out of this premise. Human enemies and...dinosaurs, mammoths, and sabertooth lions? Megalodon sharks in the oceans? Giant crocs in the rivers?

This has the potenial to be really cool.

I'm betting this is a full game mod like Blood Dragon, while they work on Far Cry 5. Just a hunch.

I think I'm going to pass on this until I get a new CPU/motherboard, or possibly a new GPU. I had Far Cry 4 running reasonably good on my system til Ubisoft decided to patch it and ruined the fucker, barely leaving it capable of double digit frame rates.
