TIME FOR AN INFODUMP FROM YOUR CO-GM

Before I get started, I just want to inform you that myself and KR_Vandal have discussed and deliberated on all of this and he and I have come to some agreements on what we're doing going forwards.

First off I'm gonna start with some less than fun news;

After having been given the deadline of a week to post and not having done so within that period of time, it's my unfortunate duty to inform Stormer, as well as the rest of our playerbase, that he's been given the boot. I'm sorry bud, but you haven't posted since April and we've kind of been forced to put our feet down,. Additionally, Solus Lupus has bowed out, which leaves us with two openings and brings me to my next point.

We've accepted two new players, in the form of Secretlyasuperhero and Lior Val. Both of their characters are accepted and good to go. Welcome aboard lads.

Now, with that out of the way, onto the most important part of this infodump.

Me and KR have finally come up with an overarching plot for the game going forwards. As you may have noticed ingame, some dude just declared a goddamn coup on the royalty of our beloved(?) Vale and he's backed by a group of shady dudes called 'The Sanction'. Long and short of it, we have plans for this group and they're going to be the main overarching villain faction going forwards.

"But Mr. handsome Co-GM" I hear you veteran players say "The last time one of the W 2 B games had a big bad overarching villain faction, shit got grimderp faster than if Jeph Loeb was writing it" to which I respond; Don't worry, we're going to be avoiding that (unless you guys really want it again for some reason), so we're gonna try to keep the bad guys threatening, but still relatively light hearted, this isn't gonna be the Arcana. Additionally, we're going to be bringing back some of the factions and lore established in the flash in the pan game that was Vale By Sundown (the one with all the nifty gangs and criminal underworld stuff) so feel free to volunteer for 'NP Cing' with your characters from that game.

And on to my last point; As some of you may have noticed, Ferg and opnerf have both been having lil bits of background plot going on in some of their posts, and I'm pleased to let the lot of you know that we're going to be integrating that into our various other plotlines going on in the overall game.

Things have been slogging along pretty slowly for the past several months, I know, but we're going to be kicking things into another gear and getting the proverbial ball rolling.

Additionally, we do want to hear what you guys want in the ways of what's going on in the game; obviously just faffing about with little plot hasn't really been cutting it, so would you guys prefer just shotgunning straight into the plot right away, or would you prefer a slow build (but still with plenty of focus on The Sanction and other such things)?

Oh and one more thing for those of you who are new, here's the new bad guy's introduction, it's in the second half of the post

I find the best plot doesn't really involve how it's paced, but involves more active participation of the players to investigate and uncover information. This is why the last best event was the Night on the Town, which was initiated by a player and was so engaging that everyone had to tag along (including me, shamelessly, far too late and using a half-baked excuse).

Alright, thanks to the efforts of my Co-G Ms and myself, events are starting to move along. With Ferg kicking me up the ass, we are well on our way to doing what Hunters do best.

However, it has also come to my attention that a bunch of you have not posted in this "cooldown period."

Rhymebeat, Pentigan, Bolded, and Taco. I am giving you for one more week to respond and get your faces back in the game. By Friday next week and still no responses? You're out.

Secretlyasuperhero. You have not yet posted. As with the names above, you've a week to get in.

I've kinda gotten totally lost since the festival when things sorta picked up and went fast during a period when I was a little dispondent to posting so I really don't have a good idea where to start up again in terms of playing Zoe.

Pentigan, you can stay on. As for the other names I mentioned, I'm sorry to say you're out of the game. I know you all had other things to work on (life, school, other R Ps which had more of you interest), so I'm making this official.

Sorry I couldn't keep you all engaged and I honestly hope to play with you guys in other R Ps.
