General DC TV-verse Fanfiction Thread

Anyways, anyone has any tips for a hypothetical "Buraq" fic Ra's tries to make Barry his heir?

What motive would Ra's have for making Barry his heir? Simply the super speed and desire to do good in the world? Would he appreciate Barry's morality, or try to break Barry to have a personality more in line with his goals?

Basically an AU where Barry prevents Sara's death with things snowballing from there, and Ra's will try to break Barry and possibly others to get his heir.

I know very, very little about Arrow or Ra's, but I am intrigued. Useless in this case for ideas/information, but I'd read it.

this might be even dumber and more cracky than the nerfgun collection fic but I wrote it.

Ooo, interesting. (Not caught up on Arrow, so I've missed a bit, but I'll still try to help.) So, method of breaking Barry? Cliched 'go after loved ones', or try to arrange things to teach his lessons? Present himself in a friendly manner, and try to be a subtle mentor? The possibilities are endless.

going after Barry's loved ones would be p. effective I think. He's desperate not to lose anyone else like he lost his mom. might be cliche, but it's my favorite cliche :)

Convincing Barry that he needs to isolate himself from his friends/family for their safety and for the greater good would also be a good method. Or going after his loved ones in a way that he can't be connected to it; setting up a tragedy that would kill those he loves, for example, or setting it up so multiple happen and he has to choose between loved ones to save from disasters.

I've always said: capturing and containing Barry wouldn't be that hard, all you'd need would be two hostages in separate locations, some razor wire(or guitar strings) and a walk in freezer.

So, anyone here want to boost the number of fics on the Flash fanfic recs page? I'm figuring out a few fics to put on there, but I don't want to spam the page so I have to figure out which one to include

As soon as I stop being Lazy as hell, yeah. Mosylu belongs in the Authors section, she's got a bunch of great Killervibe stories. I'll try to remember to do that tonight.

I was in search of a new fanfic topic to lurk and Baby T and Cisco have told me this is a good home.

Not a lot of discussion yet, but hopefully things'll pick up. What kind of fic are you into? I mostly stick to Flash, not Arrow, but...

I mostly watch Flash. I love everyone from there. I havent read fics but Im open to any recommendations.

The Flash fic recs page isn't particularly big, but I have a bunch of recs. anything in particular you feel like reading? favorite characters, ships, tropes...?

I'll add some to. I put a fic on the recs page, but I feel weird putting too many fics on any recs page at once.

Anyone know any decent Constantine x Green Arrow or Constantine x The Flash crossovers? Haven't been able to find any, but it's a slow fandom due to cancellation.

I haven't seen ANY that cross over with Flash, sorry to say. but he came back on Arrow, yes? so maybe that'll spark some fic.

I doubt there will be any for a while.
