The quality of the Carnage pic is way too low and I'm not really keen on any of the others.

I don't think any of those are good. Most of them are low quality, while none of them capture a truly monstrous moment. They're either incapacitating people or fighting heroes (which is standard villain fair). The last one is just confusing as to what is going on.
