That's OK, I was slowed by a minor illness myself. I'm OK now and should be posting something really special by tonight. 
Yuuji doesn't have her sword, remember? It got knocked away in the T-Rex fight and nobody picked it up =P

As for Yuuji's sword, don't worry I can easily bring it back.
I meant that since we're battling, Yuuji's a sitting duck right now.

I tried to write a post where he already had his powers for a few days. I just couldn't write it that good. So I'm going with him waking up and finding about his powers.

The post itself was OK. You had some grammatical errors but that's common for beginners. Just make sure you check your post (don't trust autocorrect- read it aloud yourself) before posting it. Also, if you post some error you can always change it later you know.
Still happens to me often.
Welp, first post done, hope it wasn't too bad! Just lemme know if anything's wrong, need to be changed, or anything - Hell, lemme know if it's right too 
I'll be honest though, my next posts probably won't be nearly as large.
Your post was great! And don't worry, we have no set length. Just remember to react to events appropriately. For example shouldn't Jeremy have spotted the battle with the dragon as he came near? Or was he too far away?
Oh, my bad, I preferred not to have him get involved in the fight in the very first post, kinda forgot that he could still see it in the distance or something, will edit accordingly, thanks
