Okay, I have something to admit: When it came to learning how to edit pages and/or adding examples, I took the Australian Tradies route and picked it up by looking at how everyone else did it and copying them.

I'm fairly stubborn and I don't like reading/watching tutorials, so I just went ahead, arms flailing wildly, and taught myself how to edit by failing multiple times until I decided to just look at how everyone else who edited the page did it, and followed their lead.

Did anyone else do that, or am I just that one girl who put on the hardhat before doing the course?

I used to be smart, but I feel like my IQ is dropping every day. Which, in turn, is making me progressively happier. So that's cool.

I'm pretty sure most people do that, which is why so many people get suspended early on for little things that they see other people do that makes them think it's okay.

Also that is a hella culturally-specific term to use to describe this.

Insert witty 'n clever quip here.

Really? I though the term 'tradie' was universal, hence why I used it.

Also, by 'stuffing up until I got it right' I more or less mean abusing the preview button every time I make the tiniest of changes to make sure my edit looks the exact way I want it.

Which I realize is much more complicated than looking up how to edit, but.... uh, no, yeah. I'm stupid :P
