Is this acceptable?

  • Main Character:
    • Name: Nicholas Raine
    • Age: Mid 20s to early 30s
    • Appearance: Everyone has a little secret... you must be one big little secret
    • Personality: Nicholas was a highly decorated Recon Marine who operated around the world in many different kinds of conflicts, but the frequency of these missions slowly took their toll on his mind. This eventually gave way to a person who could be considered deeply troubled.
    • Powers: Nicholas was a highly decorated with years of experiences and was viewed as a very great soldier in both hand to hand combat and with the use of guns.
      • Nanotrites: Nanotrites are tiny machines that will very, very slowly 'repair' their host after he/she sustains an injury. If a host is incapacitated the Nanotries also act as Defibrillator that will heal most of the users wounds, but not very serious ones such as mass blood loss, serious cuts, or any other major injury, and will send a electric pulse that will stun anyone standing to close to the user. After every use the Defibrillator will have to recharge for about thirty minutes.
    • Equipment:
      • Settler Pistol: The Settler Pistol resembles a futuristic revolver with a break-open frame and an auto-ejector with a medium range. The Settler Pistol comes with four types of ammo, with each one have a different number of bullets loaded in per clip:
        • Common Pistol Ammo: The most common is a medium caliber round, each clip holds twelve rounds each.
        • Fatboys: The Fatboys deal twice the amount of damage that the basic ammo and are more expensive, each clip holds six rounds each.
        • Killbursts: The Killbursts rounds are, as many people put it, "Bullets within bullets within bullets, and they all fire at once", each clip only one has one round but they release the same amount of bullets that the medium caliber round clips use all at one.
        • Fat Mammas: The Fat Mammas are a more powerful variant of the Fatboys and act as powerful Armor Piercing rounds for the pistol. Fat Mammas are very expensive and still only hold six rounds for each clip.
      • Striker Crossbow: The Striker Crossbow is a medium distance sniper weapon (without a sight, though) that makes no sound. Unlike most crossbows, the "bow" part is constructed backwards and it uses a magazine system to store bolts. It can be used for any type of range and it has two types of bolts:
        • Steel-tipped Bolts: A classic bolt for a crossbow, six Steel-tipped bolts can be loaded into the crossbow at a time.
        • Electro Bolts: A Steel-tipped Bolt that stuns anyone hit with it, unless they were killed by it first, three Electro bolts can be loaded in the crossbow at a time.
      • Authority Machine Gun: The Authority Machine Gun is the standard issue weapon of most Authority soldiers. It has medium range and two different types of rounds:
        • Authority MG Rounds: Standard machine gun rounds, each clip contains forty rounds each.
        • Authority A V2x Rounds: An Armor Piercing version of the Authority MG Rounds, each clip has the same amount of rounds per clip as the Authority MG Rounds.
      • Advanced Wingstick: A Wingstick tracks the enemy the thrower is aiming at, so even if they miss it can loop around to kill the enemy, the wingstick will then return to the last spot where the thrower was standing. There is a chance that the Wingstick might break when thrown, especially if it is thrown against a hard surface, armored opponent, or if it bounces off too many surfaces. There is also a chance that the Wingstick will become lodged in the enemy when it hits. An upgraded Wingstick can track up to three targets instead of one and has better targeting.
      • RC Bomb Car: A RC car with a bomb strapped to the back of it. It is equipped with a small camera, and it has a maximum range of about fifteen feet, if it gets father then that it will self-destruct.
      • He Grenade: A grenade that is activated by pressing a small button, not much else can be said about these things besides that they explode, only five can be carried around at a time.
    • Backstory: Nicholas Raine was a higly decorated Recon marine who proved himself in battle many times. He was selected as the replacement for his old commander, Captain Stephen Hill, to be the military adviser of Ark 437a. The Arks were used to survive a giant asteroid known as 99942 Apophis, each Ark was filled with scientists, and a single soldier who was supposed to take control over each Ark group and help rebuild civilization. But when Nicholas' Ark emerged everyone but him had died thank to a cryogenics malfunction and set off to find any of the other Arks, but he was quickly found by Dan Hagar and offered him a rider to the Hagar Settlement where he learned about the the Authority, a powerful group the capture people who come from the Arks who are called "Ark Survivors". After a quite a few adventure Nicholas join the resistance to fight the Authority.

  • Supporting Cast
    • Name: John Marshall
    • Age: Late 40s?
    • Appearance: [1]
    • Personality: John cares for his fellow resistance members and despises the and the bandits the roam the wasteland. He is another Ark survivor, so he knows how the world was before 99942 Apophis hit, and he wishes to one day return the world to how it once was. He is very friendly with most other Ark Survivors.
    • Powers:

    • Name: Jack Portman
    • Age: Unknown, possibly late 30s?
    • Appearance: Blowing stuff up and hitting the Authority where it hurts. That's my game.
    • Personality: Portman is a rather friendly and open-minded person, he's usually one of the first people to greet a new member of the resistance before anyone else. But Portman can still get angry very easily and hold a grudge, being one of the first to hunt down someone who betrays the resistance.
    • Powers: None
    • Equipment:

        • Viper Rockets: Rockets that homes in on vehicles. It has a slightly better range then the HE rockets, but are only useful against vehicles, can only fire one shot before needing to be reloaded(Nerfed from the four rockets it can contain in-game)
    • Backstory: Jack is the Resistance's Munitions expert of the resistance and is one of their best fighters. He's one of the first people John recruited to help the resistance, and one of its more combat experienced members.

  • Supporting Cast
    • Name: Charon
    • Age: Late 20s?
    • Appearance: [2]
    • Personality: Charon is a wisecracking pilot for the Resistance. He's developed a personality over his mission that is quite differnt then most of the people in both the Weastern and Eastern Wastelands. This might be because of the nature of his job and the people that he meets.
    • Powers: none
    • Equipment

    • Backstory: Charon is the Resistance's pilot who transports them between the Eastern and Western wasteland. He's the only pilot that that the resistance uses that travels between the Eastern and Western Wastelands, he mainly delivers supplies and information to different resistance bases from the HQ, but he will ferry members to different bases if they need to. But this is why some people might dislike Charon, hey may be asked to bring a group resistance members to somewhere that might be filled with Authority soldiers.

  • Chunk
    • Name of the World: Subway Town
    • Description: As the name suggests, Subway town is a town located in a subway. The Subway itself is built under the old Crescent City Ruins, with a large hole dug through the back of the city that is acsessable by a bridge.
      • Contents/Locations:
        • Gear Head Vault: The Gear Head Vault contains the old Gear Head base. After their defeat most of the gear heads retreated, but a few still remain in hiding. The Gear Head Vault Connects Subway Town to the Crescent City ruins.
        • Fez: A old train carriage converted into a bar.
        • Resistance base: The Resistances' HQ.
        • Saul's Garage:A garage the covers one of the secret entrances to the Resistances' HQ. The garage it self is owned by Saul who will repair any broken vehicle a costumer has.
        • Jani's Supplies: A shop that sells weapons, armor and amunition.
        • Sparky's Autoparts
        • Subway Town Speedway: A underground racetrack.
        • Subway Town Cave system: A very extensive cave system.
        • Crescent City Ruins: Not much is know about the history of the ruins, only that it was a large city before 99942 Apophis hit. Only a few people even think of living up there, since the ruins are not a hospitable place. It is the first thing people see when they get near the area.
    • Population: The people here are the only people in the Eastern Wasteland that were not under the direct control of the Authority, and so they had it better then the rest of the Eastern Wasteland. Most of the citizens know how to defend themselves in a gun fight and they have access to weapons and armor that other parts of the Wastelands don't access to. The town is one of the larger and more productive in the Wastelands, and the only town that isn't infested with bandits and the Authority. At most it probably has a few hundred people living in the main part of the town, with other parts of the subway being sparsely populated, since bands of mutants sometimes sneak into the cave systems around Subway Town, looking for anyone they can kill.

Is this acceptable? Or should I make them Chunkless?

Right, well I'll be blunt, I need more detail in a lot of spots. All of your supporting cast needs expansion to the personality section and, if you can, backstory. I don't need long essays but I don't accept one line in the personality section. If you can't give me more then a line for them, then I don't think they'll work as much more then one note characters.

Other things to expand on.

Nicholas Raine

  • Nanotrites-This has easy abuse potential. No regenerating severed limbs, no walking off anything that would be considered a significant injury (Mass blood loss, serious cuts, that sort of thing). No reviving if you end up dead in a method that would prevent it, such as decapitation or being turned to chunks by an explosion, or if you take bullets to the brain or heart.
  • Settler Pistol-Can I have a little more detail? At least tell me what caliber rounds it fires?
  • Advanced Wingstick-What's a Wingstick? You can't just tell me it's advanced when I don't know what a normal one looks like or what it usually does. I have not played your game.
  • RC car-What's the signal range on this? Does it have a camera on it to assist in driving or is this limited by line of sight?
Supporting Cast
  • The aforementioned personality sections need to be filled out, as I said. You don't even have anything on those for Mark Lassard.
  • ALL of your guns need expansion. Give me a effective/max range, give me an idea of what these guns will do if they hit (As in, what caliber they packing, perhaps). For grenades, what's the max they can carry on them along with the rest of their gear? For that rocket launcher, I'm gonna require a firm ammo limit, given the size of rockets.
Subway Town
  • I can't even see that narrow slit of a picture. I don't require pictures here but if you're going to include one,I request one I can see without a magnifying glass.
  • Can you give me an idea of the population numbers of this city?
  • You did not at all mention what is above the city, which is arguably more important then the Subway itself, as that's what people will likely see first if they cross on foot into the chunk.

Okay, I edited everything and gave everything more detail (Maybe too much detail) except for Mark Lassard, who a took off the sign up sheet entirely. I added pictures and description for all of the weapons and I fixed the photo links so there is a new subway town picture that is much easier to see, and I added a few more things that I should have included in the first place, like the Crescent City Ruins. I did edit the Nanotrites to make them be were they can't be abused, or at least abused less. And I nerfed a few other things too.

Do I need to edit anything else? Or Is the good?

^Actually, both Utopia and Genosha each have a (Almost completly) different cast characters in each city. It would be like what happened with the autobots and the decepticons (If I remember correctly) near the beginng of the RP.

I'm just not feeling the fire for Hades anymore, and thus wish to apply for a substitute to throw fuel on the flames of passion once more.

Main Character
  • Name: Negi Springfield
  • Age: 17
  • Appearance: "Greetings and salutations."
  • '"Personality:''' Negi is cheerful and a bit of a pushover on the surface, usually going on with the flow of shenanigans with the minimum of token resistance. An English gentleman of the highest degree, he is constantly polite and mild to any he meets. At least until people push certain buttons. However, deep within his psyche lies a darker side that constantly berates himself for anything less than perfect as well as a rather strong sense of camaraderie that often times segue into overprotectiveness that is also surprisingly overly violent. For a young boy his age, Negi is rather pessimistic and has rather low self-esteem despite his many accomplishments, something that regularly gets him into trouble.
  • Powers: Negi is classified as a Magic Knight class of Magician, or someone who mixes long range spell casting with short range melee so as to eliminate the weakness of traditional wizards. He can use magic for a great deal of things: physical reinforcement, magical barriers, and traditional elemental discharges. The boy is well versed in several elements, though his most favored ones belong to the Lightning and Wind categories. As such he can call down lightning bolts, electrically discharge shocking amounts of electricity, sneeze people's clothes off, or imbue basic spells such as Magic Arrows with his elemental property among other things. Generally, the more powerful the spell, the longer the incantation time takes and the more mana is drained. Being a genius, it's not rare to see the young magister think up new-never-before-made spells whole cloth. Besides his incredible magical arsenal of spells, the wizard is an adept warrior in his own right, excelling in Chinese Martial Arts and being more than sufficiently skilled at fencing with one-handed swords.
  • Equipment:Negi carries around his iconic wooden staff that he uses to fly about on and cast spells, though nowadays he has a ring which he uses as a focusing agent. Also on him are his Pactio cards holder, one perverted fairy ermine, a cool looking cloak, his battle clothes, multiple pairs of glasses, a bottle of magical pills that can temporarily age him ten years older, a short sword, a magic gun (gun shaped wizard discharging apparatus), portable research materialsand a cloaking spell that disguises his telltale glowing Magia Erebea tattoos.
    • Chamo has amazing magical knowledge, though unlike Negi his skills isn't nearly as combat capable. The fairy ermine however though is skilled in various miscellaneous spells such as turning an ordinary lighter's flame into a flash bang or jamming enemy telepathy. His real skills though lays in the erection of magical sigils, runes, and circles- especially Pactios.
    • The word Pactio translates into "Agreement", and is a ritual where the Magister (Negi) exchanges bodily fluids with a Ministra (potential partner) in the middle of a magical circle (drawn by Chamo) to signify an provisional contract. The Magister and Ministra develop a sort of spiritual link and gain all sorts of benefits from each other such as the both of them gaining the ability to telepathically contact each other by having one of the two be holding their cards to their heads. Ministra can siphon excess magic from the Magister to physically empower themselves, with the degree of buffing related to how much magic the Magister has and how physically able the Ministra's base form is. Along with this buff is the ability to summon a special magical artifact specifically suited to the Ministra's personality and abilities (a ninja gets a ninja cloak that leads to a house-sized pocket dimension, a gunner gets a special gun, someone who can swim good gaining a mermaid suit that lets them teleport through the usage of water as a medium, and a gynoid that likes cats getting a cutesy cat-themed magitech laser). On the Magister side of things, they can instantly summon their partner to their own side if the Ministra is in the vicinity of a city's worth of distance. Successful Pactios result in the creation of two pairs of laminated cards detailing the Ministra along with Latin text giving a short descriptor of the person in question such as name, astrological sign, title, and artifact name. Albert only picks girls for Negi to Pactio and even then, they have to be under twenty.
  • Backstory: Negi is a bright young man with a rather dark past whose story had begun with him having been nominated to become an English teacher at an all girl private campus. After various amounts of wacky hijinks, young Negi then embarked on a quest to find out about his origins while having merciless fights with various super powered anomalies along the way while heading the most supernatural class of schoolgirls in all of Japan. As of the current point in time, he's set into motion a plan that would save a special alternate reality of Mars (complete with a population of several million) from complete obliteration by calling for a construction of a magitech space elevator.

Supporting Cast

  • Name: Asuna Kagurazaka/Asuna Vesperina Theotanasia Entheofushia
  • Age: ??? (physically in her teens, but somewhere in between a couple hundred to maybe a thousand?)
  • Appearance:"Is the brat getting in trouble again?"
  • Personality: Hot tempered, brash, and a bit of a muscle head, Asuna can accurately be described as all these monikers as well as the dreaded "tsundere". Still, despite her somewhat book dumb and blunt ways, she is a good girl at heart that likes to look out for her friends even if she is a spicy tamale about it. Tends to resort to a bit of physical shenanigans to bully Negi into properly taking care of himself and acts as a sort of big sister figure to him as well as a sort of "heart" to Ala Alba.
  • Powers: Asuna has the ability to cancel out or severely weaken most magics cast upon her simply due to her presence alone, though magical shenanigans done on the inside of her can manifest some limited effects. This is due to the fact that she is of a certain royal clan from the planet of Venus apparently, and as a result lets her act as an anti-mage unit with great impunity. This, combined with her rough but extremely powerful melee ability with sword and fist, lets her become a very powerful vanguard. Due to Battleworld having magic not native to her own universe's system, she can be affected to a greater extent by more powerful magics though even then it'll be weakened to some extent. She paradoxically has magic energies herself and a Pactio as well due to her magic cancelling being an off shoot of a specialized "royal" magic that lets her deconstruct spells at a base level rather than outright erasing it, and she can use Ki a bit to reinforce herself as well as combine both ki and magic energies via "Kankaho" to perform a sort of short-term limit break that boosts her super gorilla level abilities up even further.
  • Equipment: Her Pactio Bellatrix Sauciata lets her summon the magical artifact Encis Excorcizans which can take either the form of a folded up paper fan or a giant single edge sword taller than her own height. It serves as a sort of reach extension to focus her magic jamming abilities and is very effective against demons and magical constructs, though the paper fan version does no damage to nonmagical things. The sword form however is strong enough to cleave through rock and embed itself in steel.
  • Backstory: Asuna is the first person to create a Pactio with Negi since she is also the first person that knew of his secrets of being a magister. After a rocky start at the beginning of the series, the two would eventually grow closer together in a pesudo-sibling relationship and embark on a very eventful journey concerning both the fate of the magical community as well as unearth the secret origins of Asuna- namely that she is a long lost magical princess and also previously used as a sort of super weapon on Mars for hundreds of years before being freed due to her vaunted magic cancelling abilities. Nowadays she cheers on Negi from the sidelines while he's trying to create his giant space elevator, though she comes in every now and then to smack some sense into him..

  • Name: Kaede Nagase
  • Age: 22
  • Appearance: "You are silly, ninjas do not exist de gozaru.~
  • Personality: Kaede is a rather laid-back young woman that simply goes with the flow, though she does turn more serious when things are getting dicey. A sort of big sister like mentor to a few of her fellow classmates despite being the same age due to her overall height and mature looks, this girl exudes a matronly aura. Also likes to act like a stereotypical ninja despite telling most folks that ninjas do not exist and is alright with a bit of teasing as well.
  • Powers: Kaede is, you guessed it, a ninja! As such she is pretty good at things like sneaking around, substituting herself with logs, appearing/disappearing in a whirlwind of leaves or cherry blossoms, shuriken/kunai throwing, shadow clone creating, and other such ninja things. Along the more stereotypical fantasy ninja abilities, Kaede can fight hand to hand extremely well due to superhuman reinforcement, alter her body's age and appearance to a certain degree, use an instant movement technique called Shukuchi and Shukuchi Mukyou (short range and long range linear extreme speed that can't turn and can only go straight), and jutsus that lets her attack demons or explode things ensnared in her bindings.
  • Equipment: Ninja tools such as shuriken, kunai, logs, smoke bombs, chainmail undermesh, kusarigama, caltrops, and so on. Also a Pactio called Speculatrix Candestina that takes the form of a cloak that lets her either camouflage in with the surrounding areas if she stays still or turns invisible if she's moving rapidly (though it doesn't muffle sounds and she'll still show up outside of visible light spectrum). Also doubles as a sort of hyperspace by leading into a pocket reality the size of a house (and furnished like one too, complete with kitchen and bathrooms). She can stuff other objects and people inside the cloak along with herself.
  • Backstory: No one knows Kaede's origins (though presumably she comes from a hidden ninja village or something). She is a member of Ala Alba (Red Wings) and one of the more mature members of Negi's class that keeps a cool head during hard times. Also Mana's declared rival, the two being strangely heated and competitive near each other.

  • Name: Ku Fei
  • Age: 22
  • Appearance: "We have a good fight now, aru?~"
  • Personality: A fun loving and energetic exchange student from China, Ku Fei is someone that can brighten up the room within seconds simply by walking in and existing. A bit simplistic in mind (she's a bit of a knucklehead), the girl is nevertheless very honest and kind girl. Also rather loves getting into friendly spars, though she might make things a bit harder on her opponents since she might forget to hold back every now and then. Very learned in martial arts.
  • Powers: Ku Fei is a very powerful martial arts master, her knowledge of the Art being good enough to let her fight on roughly even grounds with magically empowered people before learning how to properly channel ki. Now that she DOES know how to use ki, the girl's kempo can do things like smash through boulders like tofu, create room sized earth quakes, and punch the air hard enough to create shock waves. Beside her raw power, she knows kempo techniques to maximize her power and give her fleet footwork to dance around slower targets.
  • Equipment: The girl's Pactio is called Pugilatum Exercens, and summons a metal quarterstaff that is essentially a copy of Sun Wukong's Ruyi Jingu Bang from the Journey to The West. It is a very solid metal rod that can extend and shrink at will, being able to grow one hundred feet long or shrink to the size of a toothpick.
  • Backstory: Having a somewhat more mundane backstory than a few of her classmates from Class 3-C (exchange student from China), Ku Fei is nevertheless somewhat eccentric enough to thrive in her class of weirdos. Also a member of Negi's Ala Alba and the person who taught him the basics of Chinese kempo in the first place, making her the teacher of her own teacher! Journeyed with him and the rest of Ala Albaa into Mars and returned after very violent shenanigans happened.

  • Name: Chachamaru Karakuri
  • Age: 8
  • Appearance: "I am a perfectly normal middle school student."
  • Personality: A mild mannered and kind-hearted girl, Chachamaru tries to figure out what her purpose in life is with quite a bit of quiet navel gazing. Shy and somewhat secretive, she opens up a bit more to those that she trusts enough. Due to her young age of one, she is rather innocent in a lot of matters despite her overall height and appearance. An incredibly human like robot.
  • Powers: Due to Chachamaru being a state of the art gynoid created by a local mad scientist, the girl is much tougher than a regular meaty human due to the obvious nature of plastic and metal instead of flesh and bone. Built in accessories such as binding cancellers (a program that automatically disrupts magic circles that "binds" her), laser eyes, retractable rocket fists, sensors that can see and hear in ranges such as infrared/x-ray/ultraviolet/sonar/radar/etc, flight capable rocket boosters, and configurable arms that can transform into giant swords or guns that can cleave through cement and softer metals with ease. She is powered by magic and has to be wound up by Negi every twenty four hours, though engaging in combat uses up magic energy faster. Her very nature of being able to learn on her own as well as program herself nets her great flexibility in the thinking department, meaning she can "grow" simply by existing. Very good at hacking.
  • Equipment: Her whole body is a giant cache of equipment. Also her Pactio is Pupa Somnians, which means she is a robot with a "soul". Pupa Somnians allows her to generate a kill sat anywhere above her, though I'll severely nerf it so that it can only fire once a day and it's anti-vehicle instead of anti-fortress. Essentially a high intensity heat beam from the skies. Said satellite is in the shape of a cat oddly enough.
  • Backstory: Crafted by Satomi Hakase and Chao Lingshen and commissioned by Evangeline Mc Dowell, Chachamaru is a state of the art creation melding together both science and magic into one convenient package. Originally meant to be a bodyguard for the ridiculously powerful vampire living on campus, Chachamaru deviated somewhat and became a member of Ala Alba along with a couple of the others in Negi's class. Nowadays she works as the child genius' secretary since she can work without rest as long as she's supplied with magic.

  • Name: Haruna Saotome
  • Age: 22
  • Appearance: "Let me draw you in my doujinshi!~"
  • Personality: A bombastic and hyper energetic amateur manga-ka, Haruna enjoys both listening to and spreading rumors. Rumor has it her rumor spreading abilities are so good that she can cause sensations to spread throughout the entire campus in two hours- no mean feat considering how BIG the campus is. A very positive and happy camper even in the most dangerous of times, Haruna is someone you can curse at for being able to create even more trouble at the drop of a hat even if she has the ability to drag you back out of her self-created hell. Very smart and cunning despite her general attitude, underestimating her would end up causing such people to bitterly regret it.
  • Powers: A very capable artist, she can sketch designs at speeds that are inhumanly ridiculous such as being able to do a rough sketch of people she knows in less than five seconds. Along with her quick hands are her attentive ears/eyes and just as quick mouth, letting her spread information at ridiculous speeds.
  • Equipment: Her Pactio is Fictrix Comica, a sketchbook that allows her to draw low to mid level golems that come to life from her sketch. The power levels of the objects drawn relies on the detail put into the object, so general rule of thumb is that faster sketches are weaker. For nerfing purposes, she can summon five weak golems (peak Olympic levels of physical fitness human levels) or two mid level golems (powerful enough to easily toss around a dozen regular humans armed with melee weapons). Examples of her golems are flying manta rays/gelatinous bouncy cat heads with stumpy legs for transport, shield bearing valkyrie, demonic muscleman bouncers, copies of people she knows, or a Magica Sagitta minigun construct. Destroyed golems can't be replaced until at least five minutes later.

  • Name: Mana Tatsumiya
  • Age: 22
  • Appearance: "Pay up half of the money in cash and I'll take the job."
  • Personality: Mana is quite knowledgeable about many things and an intelligent young woman, though she tends to be cold and aloof towards people that she isn't particularly close to. Those that she interacts with will note that the girl is in fact rather snarky and a bit of a tease, though she's still rather cold and serious on the battlefield for practical reasons. If anything, Mana is quite pragmatic in both combat and regular day-to-day life with a bit of a money-grubbing streak. Has a soft spot for puppies/children and bemoans the fact she doesn't look like a middle school student so she can get discounts at the local movie theater.
  • Powers: Mana is an exceptional ranged fighter, her specialty being firearms of any make due to her superhuman abilities. Even without relying on guns, she is an exceptional combatant as long as she has objects on hand she can throw due to her having learned the art of Rakansen (a type of Chinese hidden weapons martial arts style). With such a technique, flicked coins can be used to deliver the force of of a heavyweight boxer's punch or be flung in steady streams to show an example of the efficiency of the technique. Mana is also well trained in stealth due to having worked as a child soldier, learning the ways of war and excelling in the tactics of the modern battlefield.
    • As an individual, Mana has several powers that compliments her trade. Eyesight and reaction times are well above the norm as well as overall bodily abilities such as senses (including a sixth sense that can detect bloodlust and killing intent), flexibility, strength, speed, and endurance due to her being half demon-kin that allows her use magic to reinforce her body (example: firing a 14 kg gun with one hand with very little decrease in accuracy while being able to tank the kickback). Because of her heredity, the girl has what is called a Demon's Eye, which allows her to pierce through veils and see things that shouldn't be seen such as ghosts, invisibility spells, and so on as well as giving her the terrific ocular enhancements she needs to be a crack shot. Fully utilizing her demonic heritage will cause her dark hair to turn white and her behavior to become somewhat more bloodthirsty. The Demon's Eye however takes a huge toll on her to use and thus she can only use it for at most five seconds every one hour.
  • Equipment: Mana has a special magic crafted to store her very impressive arsenal in her own personal dimension called the Ikuudansou (Alternate Dimensional Ammo Storage). With Ikuudansou, weapons can be switched on the fly to easily adapt to any new change. Though Mana has enough arms on hand to stock an entire special forces unit, she tends to rely the most on three types of guns: a pair of Desert Eagles as sidearms for short-range, an FN P-90 submachinegun for mid-range, and a PGM Hecate II sniper rifle for long-range. All the weapons are modified for her personal usage and they come with an assortment of specialized ammo (Barrier Shot which is designed to break through magical shields, Spellbreaker rounds to puncture through magic and kill mages/spirits/demons), and fast acting tranquilizer darts/BB rounds for when killing isn't needed as well as more mundane specialized ammo such as HEIAP rounds or hollow point bullets). Also on hand are a deck of special one use paper talismans that allows her to short term teleport when she rips them, though since they cost 800,000 yen a pop, she hesitates to use them haphazardly. Gravity mines (x10) are her final trick, courtesy of a time-traveling descendant of Negi from an alternate future timeline- single use devices that Mana installs beforehand in hidden places before luring the opponent close enough to detonate to create a crushing localized thirty diameter area of ten times the current atmospheric gravity for ten seconds.
  • Backstory: Mana Tatsumiya was literally raised on the battlefield by her foster father when founded, having traveled man war-torn lands to engage in violence against the cruel and unjust. Nowadays, she works as a hired gun and security guard for Mahora Academy, a private campus the size of a large town, though she often engages in various side-missions to people that can afford her quite expensive prices to funnel money towards the orphans she takes care of and the Tatsumiya Shrine where she works at.

  • Name of the World: Mahora Academy
  • Description: Mahora Academy is to put it quite succinctly, a private school campus that ranges from elementary to university... and is the size of a large town.
  • Contents/Locations: On the surface it is a very posh and ridiculously large private academy campus, the "underneath" of Mahora suggests that it is actually a base of power for people associated with the Japanese magic council, serving specifically as the headquarters of the Kanto Magic Association. Alongside the campus itself are the dorms for the students living there, housing for those that lives with their family, a public transportation service industry that is quite bustling (bus, trolley, train, boat, etc.), many stores and eateries, science labs, mage workshops, and so on. Underground Mahora Academy is Academy Underground, an ancient underground city's worth of ruins that stretches between Library Island to the World Tree. Due to Mahora Academy being situated near the World Tree, a gigantic tree that dwarves some skyscrapers, the whole campus is sitting on a nexus of ley lines and thus very magically powerful.
  • Population: Mahora Academy has a population that consists somewhere around the tens of thousands (50-70?). For the most part, most of Mahora's pop is full of ordinary students (though ordinary in this case means people who can craft working world war 2 tank replicas and martial artists that can fight grizzly bears on even grounds). Protecting this nest of weirdoes are the faculty, a great deal of which are extremely capable mages, martial artists, exorcists, espers, and so on in numbers numbering in the dozens. Mahora Academy is such a melting pot of weirdo that on certain days, you can see football stadium sized blimps and transforming mecha roll out onto the streets due to magitek being a thing.

@Mean: Chacha's sensors can track to around a footbal field's size, and her rocket boosting can go for fifteen minuted uninterrupted before she needs a recharge. The satellite takes roughly thirty seconds to charge and Chacha will have to keep pointing a cat-gun-like stylus at the offending party during said time to keep the satellite locked on target. The golems are made of hardened magic with a rubber like consistency so impact damage will be lessened bu piercing and slashing will work pretty well. And I'm okay with all the nerfs, yeah. XD

Main Character

  • Appearance: 158 cm tall tank commander.
  • Personality: Cheerful and polite, Miho is the rock upon which the Anglerfish Team and the revived Ooarai Girls High School Sensha-dou club is built upon. She is a calm and grounded commander, who time and time again has won the hearts and minds of her teammates with the trust and loyalty with which she treats those under her command.
  • Powers:
    • Sensha-dou training: Having been trained in the art since childhood, Miho is an excellent tactician and tank commander.
  • Equipment:
    • Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf. H tank. Complete with a 7.5 cm Kw K 40 gun, two 7.92 mm MG 34 machine guns and Schürzen spaced armor, this 25 tonne medium tank boasts a ferocious firepower and a top speed of 28 km/h. Once the main component of the German army, this particular specimen has been the mainstay of the Ooarai Sensha-dou club for a long time. Originally fitted with nonlethal ammunition and special hit detectors for mock battles, the tank has been restored by the Cure to include live ammunition.

  • Backstory: Miho is the daughter of Shiho Nishizumi, mistress of the Nishizumi-style Sensha-Dou, and both her and her younger daughter were expected to not just follow in their mother's footsteps but excel while doing so. However, Miho had an unfortunate experience and was close to abandoning the art of tank combat before she was convinced to take over leadership of the Ooarai Sensha-dou Club and reestablish it to its former glory. Many girls gathered under her banner and she lead the club into a new age with the help of her good friends.

Most of the time, she has her mind occupied with matters of romance, but despite her insistence on being a master of romance, she has not actually dated someone. Good looks are the most important~

    • Trained radio operator and skilled communicator.

  • Backstory: Saori and Hana were Miho's first friends at Ooarai Girls High School, and was with her from day one when she decided to take on leadership of the Sensha-dou Club. In the beginning, she joined because she thought it would help her get a boyfriend, but she has grown to become a skilled and reliable teammate.

  • Name: Hana Isuzu
  • Age: 17
  • Appearance: 163 cm tall gunner.
  • Personality: Gentle, soft, quiet and elegant, Hana's calming presence on the team has been an integral part of the team since early on. While neat and proper, the time in the Sensha-dou Club has given her the strength to stand strong in the face of challenges and adversity, and she can be surprisingly brave when the situation calls for it.
  • Powers:
    • Excellent shot with the cannon, showing a superb knack for landing long-range shots on moving targets. Also skilled in the arts of ikebana flower arranging.
  • Equipment: N/A
  • Backstory: Hana was among the first to join Miho alongside Saori, and with time became the gunner of the Anglerfish Team. Hailing from a long line of flower arrangers as the daughter of Yuri Isuzu, Hana was expected to follow in her mother's footsteps, and indeed, her choice of picking up Sensha-dou was to begin with very unfavourably looked upon by her mother. However, learning the art of tank warfare came with stronger ties of friendship and a strengthening of character that not even her mother could looked down upon, and in time the relationship between mother and daughter was mended.

  • Name: Yukari Akiyama
  • Age: 17
  • Appearance: 157 cm tall loader.
  • Personality: All her life, Yukari has been a tank enthusiast, bordering on obsession. She was quick to join Miho's crew, and her respect and adoration for her commander borders on worship at times. Her dedication to the art of tank warfare, nearly to the point of recklessness, is surpassed by none, and her knowledge in military matters have been a boon to her teammates more than once.
  • Powers:
    • Extensive knowledge of military history, engineering, equipment and organization.
  • Equipment: N/A
  • Backstory: Yukari fell in love with tanks when she was just a young girl and kept a passion for them all her life. However, this lead to her having little in common with girls her age, and she spent a long time isolated and without friends with which to share her hobby. The revival of the Sensha-dou Club was a blessing from the heavens to Yukari, and she was quick to offer all her knowledge and skills to them.

  • Name: Mako Reizei
  • Age: 17
  • Appearance: Tank driver at a modest 145 cm.
  • Personality: Moody, lazy and suffering from low blood sugar, Mako can strike one as unreliable at first glance. In truth she is a brilliant genius, showcased first and foremost by the speed of which she attains new skills. Her intentions for joining the Sensha-dou club was to begin with to have a good excuse for coming late to school, but she too has become an integral part of the Anglerfish team as their excellent driver.
  • Powers:
    • Natural genius. She's a lightning-fast learner when it comes to academics and practical skills alike. Show her a manual, and she will be doing it flawlessly within hours.
    • Tank driver. One of her many skills, but perhaps the most obvious one. She operates the controls of the Panzer IV with the ease and skill of a trained professional, and she can easily transfer this knowledge to other vehicles, military or otherwise, with some time for adjustment.
  • Equipment: N/A
  • Backstory: Mako lost her parents while she was still in elementary school, and she has been living with her grandmother, her only living relative. Her low blood sugar and genius made her grow distant from the other girls in her class, but thanks to her good friends and joining the Sensha-dou club, she attained new motivation for coming to school and socializing. She came to join the club by chance, but her fantastical skills made her a godsend to the struggling club, and with her, the five person team necessary to operate the Panzer IV was complete.

Look, I actually have been struggling for ages to find something to use for ages, and it has proven incredibly vexing. In any roleplay. Literally. Also, my drafts keep disappearing, and it is rather tough to not scream in rage every chance I get at the sheer difficulty of it all. My literal thoughts on reading the first roleplay post was indeed a Homer Simpsion scream of rage. I was so ticked, cause I am a major avatar fan, and thought I could use them.

Hell, I actually have just decided to try the Race, from Worldwar, by Harry Turtledove. Picture an alien invasion in WW 2. However, the Race aren't your average aliens. Their tech is like, late 90's, as they advance very slowly technology, always considering how each advancement might benefit them. They have nukes, but I was gonna strip those. Plus, they actually only managed to take over Australia, Africa, Latin America a lot of Asia, at heavy cost. Against modern day forces, they would lose. Easily. Let me just try a sign up as the Race.
