Apparently an unwilling traitor, but yeah, it looks like it...though he's pretty obvious. I almost expect him to be a Red Herring now.

If Langris does turn out to be a Red Herring, my bet is that the unconcious traitor is the real Zax and no one will find out because the Zax impersonator in Asta's team didn't let him join the tournament.

How they still have a reputation of righteous heroes of the people is beyond me.

I really can't take the series classist society seriously because they make the magic knight nobles too cartoonishly dickish. It makes no sense for them to be revered by the public when they don't even attempt to hide their utter disdain for the common people. Thesee guys were bragging about a commoner being murdered AT HIS FUCKING GRAVE. Because of this the "nice" nobles and "bad" nobles act like they come from two different worlds.

Seriously this is fucking stupid. Zax's father was shot in the back by his own allies for nothing more than the sheer petty reason of him being a commoner & those other shots of the knights being straight up dicks involve two trying to strip a women naked. Makes you wonder how does this system function when apparently every knight is a straight up cunt who will kill their own kind for barely any reason. How do magic knights still have a positive reputation?

This is one of those times when subtly would make things way better.

Its like if the World Nobles from One Piece had a good reputation.

Only seen the first chapter and a few of the recent one and am still not convince to read the manga, even though the art is nice

Saving the kingdom from invasion time and again will earn you a positive reputation even if people can't stand you personally. Basically, people put up with them because the alternative is being conquered by powers who are much more hostile.

Finally the little shit got what he deserves.

I didn't like Asta's speech though because Finral's brother deserves no respect. I don't give a fuck if his magic is awesome, his personality is so completely abhorrent he could be God of this world & it still wouldn't give him any deserving respect. He's not special because of his good magic, its just an unlucky tragedy that such great magic was wasted on his scrawny ass.

He should either be ousted from the Magic Knights or suspended on a huge leave of absence until he can work out his huge personality issues.

Oh man I've actually seeing the Dub is better comments & everyone's agreeing. Boy is that a rarity.

If Asta's voice direction doesn't improve then the Dub truly will be better.
