Well I guess all we have is Man in a Kilt. But "someone wearing a kilt isn't wearing underwear" is just so prevalent my gut tells me it's gotta be its own trope, unless it's in People Sit In Chairs territory.

I don't have access to the pic right now, but I've got an idea for Going Commando that might work. There's a pic I've seen several times of an old man in full Scottish regalia playing the bagpipes while two kids are lying on the ground at his feet looking up his kilt and laughing. It should be easy to find...sound like an idea?
