The subpages get indexed on the main character page. Ordinary tropers used to be able to do that, but the tool got lost in the site redesign. It's coming back sooner or later, but for now you need to ask the mods. I think we sort of turned this thread
into a "request for indexing" thread, and failing that you can just pop into Ask The Tropers and make the request there.

Actually, the edit requests for locked pages thread is used for that.

So, let's say I've divided all the characters into different pages (IE: Main characters have one URL, Side characters have another, etc.) The thing is, it only says the main character page (the one with all the links leading to other character pages) is indexed. Is there a fix?
