Hi. Just found the list of Stock Episode Names... and I couldn't for the life of me understand why "Pilot" doesn't count as the most used episode title, but yet the equally generic title "Finale" does. There's no justification given, just snarkiness. Shouldn't this be fixed? I'd like to know the rationale, as I'm trying to use the list as a reference for a trivia question for a game.

My apologies if this is the wrong forum section. I'm a noob.

If I had to guess, because pilot is usually not a chosen name. It is called "pilot" because it's just that, a proof of concept, so they didn't bother naming yet. The same is not the case with the series finale, since the series is airing and they are free to pick the name, but choose finale. It's deliberate.
