Needs Help: End Of Series Awareness

I can't even tell what's going on in this image. It seems to require a knowledge of ChalkZone history (who was Skrawl again? I forget, I haven't seen the show in over a decade!).

Previous thread; clocked out two days ago for lack of discussion, and that was past the time the clock was technically up. No suggestion for replacement and within the two week window in the IP guidelines, so declining to open.
