• Personality: Beta Ray Bill is a noble and fearless warrior, dedicated to protecting his people, the Kobinites. He is pure of heart and soul, and will give his life willingly for a greater cause. He is a sceptic when it comes to religion.
• Powers and Abilities: Beta Ray Bill under went a procedure which transformed him into a cybernetic, carnivorous equine-like creature. He possesses great strength and hand-to-hand combatant skills. He is longed lived thanks to his upgrade into a warrior capable of defending his people. He will gain Stormbreaker eventually, which grants powers like Thor.
• Weapons and Equipment: The Skuttlebutt is his personal ship, and transports several Kobinites who are in a suspended state of animation, while Bill searches for a new home. The ship has a vast array of weapons to defend itself with. Yes, he will get Stormbreaker!
• Origin: A peaceful people, the Kobinites were a race from another galaxy, skilled poets, sculptors and philosophers. All that changed when the sky of their homeworld was torn asunder, and demons poured forth. Forced to flee their galaxy, the Kobinites leading scientists set upon trying to create a warrior who would be able to fend off the demons. In the end, after the deaths of several volunteers, Beta Ray Bill was created, becoming a super soldier who guards his people as they try to find a new home, away from the demon scourge. He is in a state of suspended animation, to be called upon if a threat should arise against his people.

...Say, has Beta Ray Bill shown up in Starry Night yet? I know Uncandescent signed up as him early on, but did anything actually come of it?

Not as far as I remember (then again my memory sucks.)

Btw my New York character, Access, will probably get along great with Nightcrawler, what with both being teleporters. Once he gets over the latter's devilish looks that is.
