Okay, the leader's got a seriously commanding margin of victory; calling it. The new pic's up and tagged, and I've put a couple of the options on the Image Links page. Caption or no?

That is using a sledgehammer on a thumbtack. We can use it, period. Attributing it is nice of us, but it's not our responsibility to find out and follow a copyright policy preemptively, it's the owner's responsibility to say something if they have a problem. We would immediately honor a takedown request, or otherwise conform to the licensing requirement, like adding an attribution if one is demanded. (But given that it's CC, and TVT doesn't make a profit, I am confident that won't happen anyway.)

There are simple rules to follow, keep only them in mind and you're fine, they cover it; no need to make up new unwritten rules.

I think we can go ahead and lock this one.
