Here is the thread for out-of-character discussion, I'll also be using this first post for some more detailed info about the setting:

School's Outside

The school is huge and it has a very traditional look to it. The school campus is also very big and is very park like with stone roads that lead people into the various facilities within the school and don't get lost.

The campus is an area for the students to relax and detach themselves from school life for a moment, there are benches around for them to sit around and enjoy the ambient.

Dormitories

The dormitories are found in the left and right of the main school building, the former being the girl's and the latter the boy's. It's where students that are live too far from the school to be able to return home at a reasonable time, or other kids who have their own reason for staying there.

Each student is given an ID card for their rooms, as each room has a sensor door that will only open with an ID card or if it's hacked by a virus or Navi. To prevent students from invading the rooms of others and potentially vandalizing or stealiing their stuff, attempting to get a Navi into the sensor's system will instantly trigger an alarm that will get the dormitory's supervisor attention and likely get the culprit in trouble.

In case of an ID card being lost, students are supposed to ask for their supervisor to open the doors for them. They are given a week to try to find the missing ID card and in case of it not being found, a new one will be given to the student.

The Pool

There's a large pool in the back of the school that's use for swimming lessons for the gym class. It's usually only used in those classes but in days of festivities it's sometimes opened for everyone to use. The pool is 25 meters in lenght and 30 meters wide, there's a deep side of it which is the majority of the pool, but there's also a smaller shallow area for people new to swimming or for those who don't know how to swim to be able to enjoy the water in periods of festivity.

The pool is usually kept clean and warm by a cleaner and heater devices within it that can be accessed through the control room in the school

The pool is usually blocked off with grates, having one large door that only the gym teacher has the keys for.

School's Interior

The school has five floors where most activities happen. In the main hall there's two sets of staircases that will lead people to the upper floors.

Classrooms

The classrooms are large, being able to accomodate a large number of students in each. Each seat has a laptop for the student to be able to jack their Navis into the school network and also be able to do their assignments.

The boards are all big monitors with a touch interface, their control panel usually being located next to it and obviously students aren't allowed to mess with it

Each grade has two different classrooms, for the case of our RP characters, the ones in the 11th grade stay in class 11-A and the ones in the 12th grade in 12-B.

Most classrooms are in the second and third floor

Gym

The school gym is located in the first floor at the far right of the main building. There is where most physical activity is done, be it playing soccer, basketball or just various exercise routines.

Sometimes competitions are organized between students of the same grade and sometimes with those of other grades. While those happen there are big stands for those interested to watch over and cheer for their classmates.

Clubhouses

The fourth floor has many empty rooms in which students can gather during their free times and make their own clubs for their shared interests. The school will often provide them with the necessary equipment for their club activities as long as it's feasible.

Rooftop

The fifth floor is the rooftop, which is left open for students to hang out during lunch time. There are a couple of benches for them to sit on as they eat.

The rooftop has a grated fence all around it, having been put up in order to prevent any accidents of students falling to their deaths.

Cafeteria

Where people go eat, the cafeteria is found in the first floor, being pretty much in the opposite direction of the gym. It has large tables for the students to gather while they eat.

There's a counter with various foods for the students to serve themselves much like in a self-service restaurant. There are some vending machines spread around the cafeteria (and also some in the campus) where people can get their drinks.

Any further questions about the setting that I could add to this small database are welcome, I'll likely update this with more stuff once the RP starts and stuff happens.

I likely forgot some of the things I wanted to post here as well, oh well, I'll update it later once I remember.

Alright! Just popping in to say I'm here and ready for whenever we start!

Just realized that both 12th-graders at the moment have ninja Navis. That's... kind of a thing. Are we gonna end up in a class full of ninjas or something as a joke?

Of course, Boomer was INTENDED for more of an "infiltrator" theme, as I previously mentioned, but since we couldn't figure out how Area Grab would work I had to change that.

Purely unintentional, I didn't really pay a much attention to the themes of everyone else's navi's when I decided the 12th grade could use another char

Now we only need another 12th grader with Dark Mantis as a Navi. Then it will be truly the class of many ninja

Eh, not complaining. It's just an oddity I noticed. Go ahead and use whatever character you feel like- nothing wrong with that.

So I see that the females are in 11th grade Cameron has some ladies to romance

Oh, does the town/city have a name yet or no?

Oh yes, the name is Elrond City.

I hope we get a Servbot.EXE

Servbot is pretty much my favorite Megaman-related char ever, how did I not think of making a Navi version of him?? XD

Probably because I was thinking 'Robot Masters' not custom navis

Well I did limit things to Classic/BN/X series and Servbots are from Megaman Legends so

But there was a servbot doll in Mayl's house!

So, I might start the RP either later today or tomorrow so, sit tight I guess.

If nothing else the rather small number of players means that I'll have an easier time GMing this since this is the first time I do something like this

Apologies for taking so much longer to post this than I said I would. I ended up getting massively sidetracked.

You guys can write your characters arriving at the place or already being in the lobby. Stella and Eric are both there to start interactions as well.

I forgot to mention but for the most the PETs in this RP will look pretty much like a modern day iPhone or similar, just with the added functionalities of a PET (it probably will look a bit bulkier too, I guess).
