Actor from Spanish speaking country.

The author from one of my favorite book series has said that a project to make it a TV-series has begun, and asks the Fandom if they have any suggestions. I'm making a list and one of the characters is a Historical Domain Character from Spain..! But I got a problem, I haven't watched enough movies or TV-series from any Spanish speaking countries to know any actors... I want a most diverse cast as possible, so preferably not an English, American or wherever from pretending to be a local speaker from a Spanish speaking country..! So I hope you guys can help..!

He needs:

• To be able to act ice cold.
• To be able to have a really scary voice.
• To be able to act creepy.
• To be able to have an ice cold voice, preferably kinda raspy as well.
• To sorta look like him◊ (Official art of the character).
• To be able to speak some English in case the series is going to be and to communicate with the others with ease as I don't want him to feel all alone on the set and between recordings (They are shifting between thinking about having an original language that is mainly spoken, and English as the spoken, I hope for the first).

What are the names of the book series and the character?

His name is Father Torquemada, that Torquemada, the book series is Phenomena, according to some newsites will this be the series' dubut in English... so unfortunately can't I show you where he shows up by legal means... if you can read German however does he show up here, or if you read Norwegian here.

Technically, he's born in Chile and Spanish is his first language, but he's been in America for most of his life.

He looks like he can fit yes :D, found a scene collection on youtube, he seems like he can be perfect for the job, thank you so much
