This place isn't so heavily moderated, dood. The mods are here to ensure that people play nice, not to approve RPs (this isn't OTC).
If you want to start an RP, post an interest check/signup thread and see whether it catches. I'd suggest having a more detail going for it than what you have now, though.

So you know, there's a button that says "Get RP Mod" above every post here which puts you on the form to send the moderator of the roleplay forums, Daltar, a private message.

Could I be able to create a 'Our Avatars Are Trapped On An Island' RP? I've been wanting to do one, and haven't found one on here. I didn't know how else to contact you. Anyway, the game would be basic survival RP on an island, using our powers/ natural resources/ whatever it is we have. The rules besides the basic RP rules would be don't use your magic to get off the island, and no Mary-Sues or Marty-Stus. This is a very short description, and if I need more details, I will add them, but maybe you could consider letting me make this? ~Space Captain X
