There's no need for that, but you know it'll happen.
The Crites will be ten feet around and kill you with puns before eating you.
Whatever happens, I hope the Gremlins reboot is good, because those were fun films that need to be honored when they're rebooted.
Also in before Short Circuit gets a rebot.
ETA: Apparently that one is in the planning stages.

Haven't heard much from that recently. IMDB currently lists the status as "unknown".

I actually enjoy Gremlins 2 over the first movie.
