This trope's name has become an artifact title: the trope is about a naming pattern in any kind of series (e.g. books in a literary series, chapters in a book, stages in a video game, works by the same author, software released by a company, etc. etc. etc.).
Plus, the word "idiosyncratic" is difficult enough to remember on its own, so having a shorter title would be a bit less sadistic.
Some misuse I found on the Mad Lib Thriller Title page indicates that at least some tropers didn't know about this trope's existence (or couldn't remember?), and used Mad Lib Thriller Title instead.

I propose changing this trope's title to Idiosyncratic Naming. Or just Pattern Naming.
