I do wonder— why specfically would he join the ship as a surgeon? I know he has the healing artifact, but does he have any specific interest in healing the sick or wounded? From your signup it seems like he's pretty much joining the crew to get revenge on Karthos.

First off, don't double post. Usually in forums, double posting is considered rude. It's better to edit your previous posts.

Second off, I doubt that the priestesses, who are deeply loyal to Tethys, would enchant anything for Zhoron after he breaks his allegiance with the goddess. Perhaps they enchanted these artifacts for him before he rebelled?

How is posting in the main thread before you've been approved not on purpose? I only remember seeing that happen in an RP once before, and the guy who did it later admitted to being a troll.

Your character had potential man, but you've gotta stick to the rules of the forum.

It's not like I can convince anyone of my innocence in this matter, but I'm brand new to the forum (joined to play this game actually) and brand new to these games in general. I just thought after editing my character and working with Thrall on it that it was on its way to be accepted and the timing of his post and the fact that I was going to play a mer character led me to believe that he was introducing me into the story. I forgot to check to see if he had accepted me, because I've never tried to make a character sheet or go through the process of playing a RP before.

I'm sorry for any delay I caused in your guy's game, and I really do hope you all have a good time. The idea and world are both very cool to me.

Yes, I am still accepting signups, but I'm not sure a skeleton pirate would come to be in this setting, and I don't know if it would even fit in the established setting. The only way I could think of it fitting in would be if this character was cursed by an Atlantean artifact or a siren sorceress to rise from his grave after death and wander the earth.
