I hope somebody is able to help me. I am running my website on Joomla cms and can I change to wordpress cms system. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Assuming this isn't just some spam: you'd have better luck with one of the dozens of tech support websites out there. Maybe wordpress.stackexchange.com.

Well there are a few ways to migrate a website from Joomla to Word Press. If it is a small site, you can always do it manually, there are plenty of tutorials out there explaining the transfer process in detail. If you have a bigger site, or if you are not sure you can perform the transfer on your own, I would advise an automated solution. I personally have used cms2cms to migrate my blog from blogger to wordpress and the service worked fine. I know it also supports joomla to wordpress migration. Hope this was helpful.
