-Flies above the building to escape the shots-

"Yikes. Guess I'll have to get serious right away." -He turns invisible and starts flying behind the machine-

-Luckily for him, the one thing that is disabled by the EMP is her sensors-

-The light cruiser fires some dispersal rounds (Basically giant shotgun shells) blindly into the air, not realizing that her target is right behind her-

-He turns off his cloaking device to concentrate energy on his barriers, part of which solidifies and forms a drill shape-

-He attempts to land on the machine and attack it, while preparing unstable gravity wells to weaken armor integrity-

-Just before he lands, the light cruiser does a frighteningly quick dash to the side-

-Still dashing, she aims her left turrets at the guy and fires four more dispersal shells. This is more to maximize her hit chance and less to do damage, considering the guy is pretty darn fast-

-Several of the rounds hit him, cancelling his drill and doing some damage to his barrier- Roughly at 65%. In the current state, the barrier isn't that strong, but it recovers quickly.

"Ouch." -He creates a reverse gravity well around him, making it harder for future projectiles to hit him-

-2 arm-like appendages form from his barrier, and he throws the previous blast at the machine-

-In general, warships are very well protected against splinters and shrapnel. Her previous attack pretty much are entirely those, and the reflected shots literally bounces off her own shield-

-The cruiser turns around and dashes after the guy, firing two armor-piercing shells that (she thinks) have better chance of punching through his barrier-

Might have to go soon.

I'll be here for an hour so I could join the fight.

-Adding modification on his guns and checking his data base of bounties.He heard an explosion and walks there.

-He sees a person and someone clad in armor.Checking the data base and saw the man had a bounty of 273,189.01$ and made a grin.

-He dodges the first shell, and sacrifices one of the barrier arms to the second one-

-He drops to the ground, and throws 2 cars at the machine, one with his barrier arm and one with telekinesis- I almost forgot to write down: the arms are about the size of a car. As for why the barrier can stop armor-piercing shells in their tracks: it works by using telekinetic energy to counteract the momentum of incoming projectiles, and can move or damage objects with it as well.

-The cars are swatted out of the air by a series of precise shots from her guns. Good thing she's really good at air defense-

-She then dashes to the right, firing a salvo of three torpedoes at the dude...'s feet-

-The torpedoes obviously miss, but a bit of the shrapnel hits his barrier, dealing minor damage- 55%.

"Oh wait, I have weapons." -Takes out his freezing gun and starts shooting supercooled liquid at the machine, while 3 blue orbs start forming around him-

-Starts recording the weaponry and powers of the two fighters. Checks the data base to find what material their equipment is made out of.

-Unknown Material and I say:'This should be fun.But let's watch first'

-Starts loading gun and adjusting his bionic arms.

-Actually, xtiandg's character should find that her guns and turrets are made of steel. Plain old warship-grade ones, nothing special about them-

-The cruiser is hit by the liquid. Although her barrier can be seen absorbing the attack, a thick layer of frost appear on left turrets and a part of her torso-

-The two turrets seems to have been jammed because of the frost, so she uses the one on her right arm to send another pair of armor-piercing shells at the guy-

-Or at least, that's what she's going to do if she doesn't disappear into thin air-

-Watches machine disappear-

"Oh." -He deactivates his barrier arm, and it starts regenerating-

-Spots a man some distance away-

-Starts grinning and loads his gun.I say:Hello their I'm surprise you notice me quickly.My name is Zelos and I came here to kill.

-Point gun forward.I say:It's not like I hate you.In fact I don't even know your personally but who cares. Your just a bounty ready to be part of my achievements.

"Ah." -Charges at the speed of a train towards the man-

-Shoots below him and and the bullet explode causing smoke that covers the area.

-I say in a nonchalant voice in the smoke cover:Did I forget to mention my bullets aren't ordinary.So don't think you can predict me.Otherwise this battle wouldn't be worth it.

-He stops in the smoke cloud-

-He flies to find the man, his barrier almost fully regenerated and the orbs ready-

-Shoots in 3 different bullets in different places.The first bullet is directly under him and it's a jammer bullet which shut down all the compute.The second bullet is a sound bullet which release a high pitch noise and the third bullet is a stink bomb bullet which causes the area smell horrible.

-I say encouragingly:Come on! If you can't fight using your instincts then be thankful that you'll die from my hands. Others wouldn't give you a quick death.

-The first bullet has no effect on him, and he deflects the stink gas with telekinesis, but the screech manages to stun him-

"Gah! Dammit!" -His barrier starts to solidify and 2 arms form-

-While you were stunned by the high pitch noise I proceed to shoot to you 1 electro magnetic bullet which disables any form of machinery but 5 explosive bullets.

-Then I start to shoot a sound bullet which says taunts with my voice.

-I also proceed to activate a hacking device.

-The EMP has no effect on him, while the explosive bullets hit his barrier, causing moderate damage- 65%

"You know what, let's get this over with." -He glow blue and floats, forming a 5-meter tall humanoid structure, while several giant boulders float around him-

-I smile saying:Now this a battle.

-I proceed to shoot the top of biggest building with a teleportation bullet and teleport on top of it and I proceed to dive down to you.

-Then while diving to you I shoot a massive amount of energy bullets to you and try to grab your neck.I use my left bionic arm to hold my gun as make shift staff while shooting and place the attack on maximum energy in order to smash through the barrier in order to try grabbing your neck.

Whoa, no auto-hits here. The attempt to grab my neck isn't automatically successful. Repost and I'll respond.

Update: -He proceeds to create a massive point-blank telekinetic blast, attempting to knock him out of the barrier and deflecting all of the bullets-

"It won't be that easy."

Are you certain you can deflect energy bullets since energy can't really be controlled physically like telekineses.

-I then detonate the EMP Bullet to start creating chaos around our surrounding.And proceed bullets that bounce of walls everywhere in order to confuse you and hopeful have you lose concentration of your telekinesis which will cause the boulders o drop.

Considering the blast uses kinetic energy and not direct telekinesis, yes. It's more effective than regular bullets though.

-The bullets bounce of his barrier and the EMP temporarily disables his guns, and he flings a boulder at the man-
