Legends of Tomorrow, the Flash/Arrow spin-off

Well, to be fair, Belligerent Sexual Tension is often the form of chemistry that audiences are most likely to find convincing. If the characters are too friendly or even *gasp* like each other, then the writers risk the chance of a Relationship Writing Fumble.

I don’t like Belligerent Sexual Tension. To me, the best romantic relationships are the most adorable; seeing two people, no matter how serious or badass they are otherwise, become vulnerable and trusting in each other when they realize how much they share. My favorite Arrowverse ship is Super Corp, their scenes together are so sweet and I’m screaming at Kara to just kiss the girl already. The Arrowverse ship I have the least interest in is Barry and Iris, who share no romantic chemistry and don’t act any different around each other.

I actually agree and not to open a can of worms but...that's honestly the reason I was such a huge fan of Olicity back in the day. Oliver and Felicity had a level of vulnerability and empathy toward each other that they didn't really show to anyone else. Well, mostly Oliver. Felicity's actually very empathetic.

And Barry and Iris are, um, cute? Not compelling or dysfunctional, they're just strictly serviceable. I like both characters so the relationship is fine, but nothing about them makes me swoon. I just hope the drama is finally kept to a minimum. *knocks on wood*

I agree. I’m mostly apathetic about Barry and Iris (what is their ship name?), but I hate when people go on about how perfect they are for each other. Remember Patty from Season 2? Watching her and Barry geek out about forensic science and metahumans was super cute and I was rooting for them, but then Barry started going on about how she was “not Iris”. Barry, that was a good thing. That said, after she arrested Weather Wizard there was no in-character reason for her to stick around

That's actually the one I was originally going to bring up. See, that relationship actually makes sense and Kara and Lena are actually friends - and yet I'm convinced that Lena will pull a Face-Heel Turn somewhere down the line before it ever gets that far.

I doubt it and hope like hell that won’t happen. Much of Lena’s characterization and motivation is disgust at the rest of her family and her commitment to redeeming the Luthor name

Maybe they'll adapt the plotline from the comics where Lex Luthor is dying and transplants his brain into a new body, except instead of using a clone of himself, he uses his sister.

Well, even if Lex does not have that much class, I'm hoping everyone else will make it up for him...and then kick his ass forever.

I hope they beat earth-x by sending the legends in the past they fuck up so hard that the allies win the war on that earth instead.

I have no idea what Barry and Iris' ship name is. Biris? That sounds too much like "virus".

You know, in hindsight:

• Did Jefferson just say "pound town?"
• So the US government now knows who Felicity, Diggle, Cisco, and most of the teams are. The Legends can get away with this I guess. But Mick Rory is a known, presumably wanted convict. And he was right up there getting commemorated with the others. I guess Smith was going to probably look into that.
• At the very least they probably know Haywood is now a time-traveler/superhero.
• Nobody wanted to know why superheroes were using a Star Labs property as a base?
• So when Barry time-travels to fix his life it screws everyone. When Stein does it, it's out of love for his daughter and the universe gives him a bye?

The Speed Force moves in mysterious ways. Also it's tsundere for Barry.

Lyla already knew their secret identities, and since she works for Argus, she presumably has to report that shit.

RE: Captain Cold, he is definitely coming back later this season, but its been hinted he'll be a different version of the character, whatever that means.

He appears on the poster for the big cross-over, so maybe its the Earth-X version?

Or maybe he'll be brought back to life by the follower(s) of Mallus. That's probably what's gonna happen to Dahrk, I think.

Who we'll most likely be seeing a lot of, as he's been promoted to series regular, along with Isis. Most likely to make up for Rip being "down-graded" to recurring.

Which is too bad, but understandable. Darvill is a busy guy.

Arrow E2 Spoilers: That would be super annoying for that FBI agent come to think of it imagine doing all that work before finding out the US government already knew who the GA was.

Although to be fair, Damian has more of an excuse to be the recurring villain that won't stay dead, mostly because of his magical abilities and just how powerful he is. He's basically what Ra's Al Ghul and Vandal Savage should have been.
