I assume you mean adding one to a page that already exists? If so:
Go to the page you want to add the theory to and hit edit page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and begin typing [[WMG: (Summary of theory)]], then add a line break and the paragraph(s) of explanation. Save the page, and your theory should appear with all the others.
If you want to make a new WMG page, change the medium namespace in the URL of the work (e.g. Film/, Series/) to WMG/, and then follow the same instructions. Hope it helps!

Sorry if I'm doing anything wrong with this, I'm new here. So, I had some theories I was thinking up, but I have no idea what to do on the actual pages... Sorry if this is simple/obvious.
