It'd look exactly the same. The accents would be the same, the names would be the same, the thinking styles would be the same, the illnesses would be the same.
You'll have to get a little more specific about where and how the AU change began, and if it's long ago enough in the past the natural exchange between separate cultures (that has accelerated with better tech) will flatten everything out.
See, culture is affected by environment somewhat. Less than by people talking, of course, but as the places those people have conversations in change, so will the conversations. (Think of culture as an accent - you acquire one through the people you learn from.)
