Hunting Down a Book

So on the Monster Adventurers page, the examples mention a sourcebook that had usable monster NP Cs such as a Ettercap Cleric, Troll Fighter, and the like. However, the example doesn't give a name of the characters, or name of the sourcebook, or even the edition it's from. A quick google search for things like "Ettercap Cleric" brings up nothing as well. Does anyone know what this sourcebook's name is, or if it even exists?

Enemies and Allies, 3.5 or 3.0

The characters in question are a monster party called "The Claw" IIRC.
