I'm trying to create a new Character subpage for an already existing work, but the "Create A New Page" seems to give outdated information in light of the new website setup. This includes setting the page type. So can anyone help me?

Are you talking about Administrivia.Creating New Pages? Yeah, that's a bit outdated

For creating subpages use the +Create New button by the other namespace tabs. Page type setting is currently only possible via the untypes pages list, so try not to screw it up (though page types don't matter that much anymore)

I've updated Creating New Pages.

Also, what about subpages like Moment of Awesome/Funny/Heartwarming, Tearjerker, etc.? They don't appear in the "Create New" menu.
