Liked it! This took some cues from that Yogashiten Galaxy one-shot he made a while back, which I liked. Wakaki's art and characters remain very skilled, so there's no worries on that front. I also get the impression that he could make this more serious if he wanted to - come on, three brothers living atop a hill? The eldest brother has a devil theme, and the youngest an angel one? Between that and many other things, there's something supernatural going on here.
Wakaki's humor remains great. The poking at Shokugeki no Souma was probably the best, and I liked Taimu/Thyme saying that he thought Ichigo was the protagonist.
I think it could be more compelling, though. This first chapter was an introduction to these characters, but nothing hooked me to it. Seiji/Sage said he wants the shop to be the best in all of Japan, but nothing really happened to suggest that he was taking any particularly big steps towards that goal.
