I would think that streaming sites (such as Netflix) would resemble video stores (such as Blockbuster), kind of ironic considering that the former made the latter obsolete.

I'd say think of the city as the web, it's all the websites and everything, but around it? Beyond the city walls? That's the actual Internet, that's the land upon which our civilisation is built, do not venture out into the dark web, for it is gloomy and full of horrors.
