Creating a GameBreaker/Smogon page

I noticed Pokémon was in need of a cleanup, as it was incomplete, had examples that didn't fit and kept exaggerating the power these Pokémon actually had on the Ubers metagame. While I was doing that, I though that maybe these examples were better off as a subpage to Smogon, as it was referring to their metagames. However, in order to do this, we would have to list every Game-Breaker on every tier (Or at least the official ones).

I have a few questions though:

1. Should we list PU Game Breakers?
2. Should we list Game Breakers for OMs?
3. Should I put back the luck-based examples such as Double Team or Moody? I removed them because they aren't technically Game Breakers in my opinion, as they were banned for being too luck-based and taking skill away from the equation.

Agreeing that moving comp stuff to a Smogon page is a good idea, though if any VGC examples pop up they'll have to go on the normal page because it's an officially supported format.

Concerning your questions:

1.) Yes because it's a permanent tier, just not out of OM yet.

2.) Only the permanent ones, I'd say. The others last for like a month or something.

3.) Shouldn't have done that because Game-Breaker is still YMMV and a lot of people (read: the entire community) feel that the luck-based ones qualify (especially Moody, it got banned from Ubers). Re-add them at least for the Smogon page.
