Opened. It's been a while since I looked at the suggestion so I don't recall it, but I don't have a problem with the current.
Does it really matter what he's saying? The trope is that he can't say it, what a Mind Flax Seed Oil is isn't really important. If you must know, it's Mind Fla[Statement removed, as per U.S Copyright laws.]

It'd be nice if either of you actually took a look at the suggestion.
I like the suggestion, but current is better because the suggestion takes way longer to read.
Yawohl, herr commandant.
*looks*
Yeah, definitely prefer the current, does just as much with less.

I've looked at the suggestion. It's bigger, wordier, and does exactly the same thing as the current. I also don't think that it's at all important that you be able to tell what is being infringed on; the trope is the legal threat.
So put me down for keeping the current and adding the suggestion to an image links page. If there isn't one yet, make it.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Current is far better than the suggestion.
I prefer the current.
While you could certainly go about improving on the current, the suggestion is not the way to do it. Barring another, better suggestion, my vote is for the current.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes. The consensus is for the current; locking up.
The current image is difficult to tell what is being "plagiarized". "Mind Flax"?
I suggest the last two panels of this, which is more clear in what it's an Expy of and still has the characters discussing it.
