How do you mean that? So many choices. I'll choose the one relevant to my last post. Ridley Scott didn't let the cast in on what was going to happen during the Chestburster scene in Alien. The only warning the actors got was on the set, when the crew were all wearing raincoats. Then the scene started and fake blood was going everywhere. It was one take, and those screams on camera were totally real.

It's exactly that video.
At least John Hurt had the willpower to reenact that scene for humor. After what everyone else went through to make it originally, most of them probably wouldn't.
