Does anyone know any realistic evolution simulators, hopefully for free (not like Spore)? If not that, anyone know any god-type simulators, games that let you create planets and life?

Sim Life and SimEarth are classics. There's an upcoming one named Universim that had a successful Kickstarter and has released demo versions.

You could always look up Universim? It's not evolution but you're definitely God. It's kind of like an indie version of a combo of the EA Simulations games but when they were good. Of course it's still in Early Access but I'm playing it just fine.

The loading times are a bit powerful though.
