Just what is the difference in these bullet tropes

Bizarre and Improbable Ballistics and Bullets Do Not Work That Way don't look any different to me. They even share some examples which are identical once you look into the series.

B&IB is about bullets traveling in a way that violates ballistics (no drop, going around corners, and so forth).
