Work pages are free to launch. It's tropes should go through YKTTW.
Check out How to Create a Work's Page, and just ask if there's anything confusing. If you're uncertain about formatting and stuff, you could try creating a sandbox page first (which is just a page in the Sandbox/ namespace).

I was confused because it is a pretty obscure game, and I would think that quality control would be pretty tough unless others wanted to play the game to make sure that the tropes I picked did indeed fit.

There Is No Such Thing As Notability. Just provide enough context to make sure people who understand the tropes can verify them based on your description.

I have a question and I'm not 100% sure if this is the correct place to put it, but it involves a video game. I notice that on here there is no page for the video game called No Greater Glory (1991). I was wondering how I go about adding a page or is it something that needs to be approved?
