My usual method is to open them in parallel and then to copy and paste them one by one (maintaining alphabetized order), then add a comment to the Main article to ensure that people don't just think that I deleted entries.

Hey guys! I have a question:
There's a "No Export For You" example in the main page for a Video Game entry, and I want to move it to Trivia. Would I just delete the entry off the Video Game page and insert it into the Trivia page with Edit Reasons for both edits detailing why? I just want to be sure before I inevitably screw something up. Thanks in advance!
