Now that Valkyrie Drive is officially coming overseas, should there be a TV Tropes page on the game now?
That would be a good idea, although there isnt a lot of info to go yet besides the tropes present through the whole franchise or the game related ones.
Bhikkhuni is released in September 16. Rice Digital has a LE as exclusive that includes: Bonus Cards, Soundtrack, Artbook, Vita Skin Case and Special box designed by Takaki himself. 80 bucks

Pretty funny how in response to the earlier article being posted on NISA's forums (who've currently announced that their localization of Criminal Girls 2 will have massive changes and that the Steam port of Mugen Souls Z will still be censored), NISA claimed that they would've released Valkyrie Drive (and by extension Gal*Gun: Double Peace, which PQube is also localizing) completely uncensored. It's great for a laugh.
Fight for something, even if its meaningless.Don't see much point in trying to appeal to the anti-censorship crowd now.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."NISA isn't handling Mugen Souls on PC.
But yeah, when they go so far as to go out of their way to bring in the original artist to completely redraw Criminal Girls 2, it's easy to call their bluff.
A guy over gamefaqs that won Steins:Gate on the recent contest that Pqube ran on their twitter, had the chance to talk a bit with them and according to him, P Qube will brought all the DLC for Bhikkhuni. Particularly the Mermaid characters.
I'm inclined to believe this is true because the game's translator said he translated stuff with their names on it.
After the Battle Vixen debacle with EV I was worried licensing issues would've been a problem again. So happy this wasn't the case.
The issue with Estival wouldn't have happened regardless, since Battle Vixens is owned by someone else. All the Valkyrie Drive characters are likely lumped together under a single set of owners.
That's good. Gal*Gun never did, and unlike that one, the limited edition for this game has $30 shipping.
Valkyrie Drive Bhikkhuni has been refused classification by Australia
I personally find it deeply disturbing that Australia, in the current year, shows such disgusting discrimination against LGBTQ media.
Fight for something, even if its meaningless.I'm pretty sure the issue is how lewd the game is, and has nothing to do with LGBTQ or something like that. Like they apparently banned Gal*Gun already. What chance did this game have?
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!EV was rated M18+ and it's content is more risqué than Bhikkhuni by a considerable margin though.
Gal*Gun wasn't banned, EB Games Australia pulled it from the shelves on their own, along with Senran Kagura.
Tech Raptor got an statement from the Australian board regarding their decision

Meanwhile at the American ESRB: "Whatever, we'll just slap an RP on it for now and call it a day."
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."Amazon lists an M. Cover art has not been updated to reflect that, though.
"We'll just slap an M on it and call it a day."
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."I was recently looking around at old news about the Bhikkhuni and is very interesting the way the game evolved from its reveal a year ago to the finished product
These screenshots are how the game debuted in Famitsu back in march of the past year
http://www.famitsu.com/news/201503/26074854.html
While I do think the finished product is very good looking, these screenshots looks more dynamic and with a better definition (especially on the backgrounds). Colors also look more intense, almost "comic-book looking"
However, the biggest change is the fact that the prototype did included the possibility of handing the two characters at once, instead of just one as is in the finished product. That is something I would've liked to keep.
Perhaps the idea was too much for the Vita specs or Metorise was too unexperienced to pull it off? Regardless, now I'd really like to see the series on the PS 4.

I just found out about this because of that Tweet and I am in tears because this is so beautiful. I'll be watching the anime, probably play the mobile game if it's good and comes to the US, and I'd play the Vita game if I owned a Vita.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!So what, is that on the official PAL/NA boxart or something?
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."
From PQube's interview with Dualshockers concerning censorshp and convincing publishers to publish such a fanservicey game:
