Game Freak did not make any of those spin-offs listed. Most mentioned are Genius Sonority.
If I'm not mistaken, all Game Freak has actually made are the mainline entries.

They've been branching out to make different things lately, though. Some kind of Pokemon spinoff in the vein of Colosseum or Stadium to draw crowds would make sense.
Also, because someone mentioned the whole "they won't release games for the 3DS if the NX can be a handheld" thing, there is an entire generation of Pokemon that says otherwise. At the earliest, we probably won't get a main series game on the NX(assuming that it is supposed to replace both the 3DS and Wii U) until gen 8.
Thing is, the 3DS was backwards-compatible with DS games, so a new DS Pokémon game wasn't an issue at all there. We don't know about how compatible the NX is with 3DS games, though.
And while I admit Battle Revolution was basically Stadium 3, it was kinda disappointing in that all it had were battling modes, as far as I remember, and none of the fun little things the other games had like those minigames or the ability to play the handheld games on the big screen. A new Stadium-style game that allows those things would be cool.
Still, though, if the NX is a hybrid console, then at least the latter point would be moot, as future installments in the franchise would be able to be played on the big screen anyway. But, again, we don't know for sure that's the case.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.I'd say Pokken might be the closest to a Stadium game that the Wii U got.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!ehhhhhh
Pokken's not even close. A Pokémon Stadium game, as I see it, would be defined as a console Pokémon game that allows you to battle in its modes using your own team from your games and maybe rental Pokémon if you so desire (I can't remember, did Battle Revolution have any preset 'mons in it? That's another oversight, something I wish it had, a huge list of rental Pokémon that would allow you to use nearly any Pokémon you desire with preset movesets that vary in quality), as well as pitting your own team of Pokémon against your friends' in a 3-D battling space using the same mechanics as the games.
It's a very good game from my understanding, but to call it a Stadium-style game would be inaccurate.

Insert witty 'n clever quip here. And what could be next, a Kart game?
The only good fanboy, is a redeemed fanboy.Mario Kart 9 is inevitable, but I've kept hearing rumors over the past couple of years about the development of Diddy Kong Racing 2.
I meant something like Pokemon Kart...
The only good fanboy, is a redeemed fanboy.Pokéride: race by riding Pokémon?
Water, air, land and lava races, oh my!
In a way, yes.
The only good fanboy, is a redeemed fanboy. To the controller rumors: The way it was described by Eurogamer made little sense to me, because then you would have either two controllers with different button layouts, or would need to have the same buttons on both sides, which sounds weird as well.
A Wiimote/chuck idea for the detachable controllers sounds better. I like the Motes anyway.

They deserve recognition.

Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectPsh, just get a certain internet persona to "review" it and soon it'll be the highest selling and rated thing on the e-shop, ironically.
You're not wrong.
I still kinda liked the stupid little feature Dash had that it could make a course based on a Pokemon sprite from one of your GBA games. They were awful courses to play, but it was a cute little thing. Also enjoyed Pikachu on the title screen basically being the Mario head from Super Mario 64.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.If only he did newer games.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!(I'm just putting this here.)
Say, they reset the entire Mario..."Canon(For lack of a better term. Um... "Universe?")" and start over from the beginning. The gameplay can be as good as it was in the many successful Mario titles. but in terms of rebooting the story and timeline, what would you want(or have wanted)?
It could be in a potential game for the NX.
would you want "Brooklyn" to come back? It was majority an American Idea, but I honestly like that iead.
Mario was more popular and had a bigger image in the West than he did in Nihon.

Yep, I'm still here. What is there to reboot? What little story there has exactly no impact on anything. Regardless of whether or not Mario is from Brooklyn, he's certainly living in the Mushroom Kingdom now and I don't see that changing (not that I'd want it to change).
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I honestly don't think Miyamoto would let any big change happen.
No matter how many times I told a friend this, but Mario and Peach aren't, and won't be, married.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!Which Nintendo games are you people expecting on the NX? (launch or not, regardless)
I'm expecting a new Luigi's Mansion, a Retro Studios RPG and an horror game. Maybe Eternal Darkness 2 or the first remastered, a la Wind Waker HD.
I get off on your tears. The more I read news on something, the more I'm beginning to think that Miyamoto is a thorn in Nintendo HQ's Rotting Rose. He can't guide them forever.
I want a sports game. And a good, arcadey one, at that.

Yep, I'm still here.Honestly, from all I've heard about Miyamoto's recent influence on Nintendo's games, it's probably a really good thing he didn't become president after Iwata died, because he still seems to have a Famicom-era design mentality in the way he approaches games now, which is good in some ways, but really holds the games he works on back from what they could have been.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here. There is no overarching story to Mario games. Miyamoto said that he views them like old cartoon characters (Bugs Bunny, Mickey, etc) who can be whatever you want them to be for the scenario in question. That's how you get Go-Karting with Bowser to work, because sometimes Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd just hung out together instead of playing the hunter/game role.
Here's the original article Rogers is referring to.
It states that there will be a Mario, Zelda, and Pokémon game within the first year of the NX launch.
Also, when has Gamefreak ever done a Pokémon spinoff game?
Also, sorry for linking Rogers' twitter. I forgot her account was protected.
