Ok. That's kind of amusing. We can get 925 BM out of salvaging the ship and the base price of the ship is 950. So judging by the 500 to 925 thing we have a combined engineering bonus of 85%, which means, I think the price is reduced to 138.75. We could build six exploratory ships for the salvage we get off one of them. o.O

That can't be right. Perhaps, engineering bonuses for salvage and/or building shouldn't stack.

Okay everyone uses the same pool of BM so every time someone builds it is taken from that pool.

And the group bonus is only really in effect for salvaging. Building is another story. The bonus only applies for who starts building the ship.

And who would like me to fast forward through the salvage process?

Yeah, there's probably a limit to how much I can BS directing salvaging a spaceship. Time skip would be good.

I'm going to carefully point out that that is in character for Crashsat and in no way reflects what I do or do not think about certain issues/nonissues/possiblefutureissues/possiblepresentissues. I don't want it to like I'm personally being bitchy or anyhting. Just like to point that out so I don't look like a terrible person. I am not a terrible person.

Ok, so Crashsat basically just did the Zoidberg shuffle in my head, making the woop woop woop noises as he waved his welding torch fingers around.

So, I was about to ask about how fast the Explorer ship was going, since I mean to really get places you still need to go an appreciable chunk of the speed of light, but then I realize if we were going a decent chunk of the speed of light, the ship and the asteroid wouldn't really be around anymore.

Mostly, I was going to ask because I was curious if time dilation had kicked in from our speed. Relativity can be a bitch. But I'm going to assume no, no it did not.

Sorry for not opsting much lately - labs and lab reports have been kicking my arse lately.
