Nap frequently in short bursts.
That's the only practical idea I can give, having never worked that shift myself. The only people I know who work that schedule either sleep most of the day or don't have healthy sleep patterns. Sorry.

I'm about to start on a new job with the schedule of 2:00am to 10:30am, luckily I work at home, but I'm having a bit of trouble trying to schedule my sleeping hours since I still have other non work related stuff to do during the day. Any advice on how I can handle this?
