It's way too happy.
I think the current works better on Cold Sleep, Cold Future than on Cool People Rebel Against Authority, although it's very weak on either, and probably pullable on both. On the first, it's just a face and a speech bubble, while on the latter it's just a speech bubble.

Same as Cool People Rebel Against Authority. Also doesn't illustrate the trope very well, working as a quote at best; requires familiarity with Captain America's story of being frozen for decades.
