So there's like four ways that scene can play out.
One of the things is whether you take too long and don't manage to hide in the closet. You need to keep rewinding to get in the closet, if you don't, David comes in, and Chloe says the weed is Max's. At which point you can accept the blame or blame Chloe. If you blame Chloe, she will hate your guts.
I mean. Fair enough. She did tell you to hide in the first place. And she doesn't know it yet but you do sorta have time powers so not hiding is kinda your damn fault. The fact that you didn't hide and passed the buck to her is kinda a dick move from her perspective.
Once you get in the closet, you get the choice of staying hidden or getting involved, at which point you take the blame for the weed and Chloe loves you lots.
EDIT: So did my game glitch out, or are birds just not affected by time stops?
I looked to the right and, while all the students and rain drops and Kate herself were frozen, there were some birds hopping around and chirping near a tree.
It freaked me the fuck out.

"Don't ignore this text" is only a thing passive agressive dicks send? It entirely depends on the relationship between the people talking. I would certainly say that to one of my friends in various situations; notably when they're being awful at planning to hang out leading to said hang out never happening.
Max and Warren seem to be friends in some respect and they do talk nerdy and she borrows his movie USB before Episode 1. I would also like to point out that they're all teenagers who are the furthest thing from being flawless. The only thing that exactly concerns me about his behavior is the being outside Max's room thing as mentioned, but its hard to tell what significance it'll have since its never mentioned.
I'm not saying I expect Warren to be flawless. I'm just saying he's flawed in a way that makes me uncomfortable. I don't expect everyone else to agree.
Also, in my experience if someone is ignoring your texts it's either on accident, or they have a reason. Sending "Don't ignore this" accomplishes nothing.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Warren strikes me as...well...it's too early to judge, but he seems like the type who might end up as a "Nice Guy" if he's not careful.
He did get into a fight with Nathan, though, so he isn't all talk.
Oh God! Natural light! He has the potential to land into 'Nice Guy', but we'll have to see. Also, whneever I say, 'Don't ignore this' usually gets people to at least message back so I suppose it depends on the person.
I also just don't know what such a change would motivate the larger plot into.
We will see. For now I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt.

So, Errant Signal did an episode on the game, and I wasn't going to post it, but there's a really good bit about how the game actually uses the theme of photography that I hadn't even considered or seen discussed elsewhere.
I've had similar thoughts about the Photography theme, but I wasn't sure how far that would extend into the future episodes. Also, we kind of ended up discussing a billion other intricacies of the plot.
About Madsen, is he now more developed by Episode 2? I'm not entirely sure. I feel like we see a different side to him, but maybe not one that's exactly deeper.
Him and Max do have a conversation that makes him seem not so bad, but there's still a massive amount of weight on the 'paranoid control freak dickbag' side of the scale.
On one of my "stayed up too late by accident" nights, I decided to open GIMP and made THIS monstrous thing that inspired my signature, a bit.
<groans inwardly forever>
I do kinda want to do a Life Is Strange drawing, but I dunno what I'd do, exactly.
Max taking a picture of a squirrel?
I am so ready. Except probably what I'll do is wait until the day after, or maybe Friday, when I have time to play it all in one go.
So I finished episode 3. I really hope that Max reverts what she did, as not doing so would render every choice that we've made so far meaningless.
I'm usually all for fucking time, but.
Jeez.

I seriously couldnt help but be reminded of this scene during the diner scene with Frank
Was there not a scene with the creepy files this time? I skipped the credits so would that have stopped it if there was?
No. However an unfinished scene that was leaked from the game's file shows a scene in that room where you actually see a figure sort out the files and leave.
GOH! JII! RAH!Is it just me or does the dialog seem to have improved? They even took a snipe at themselves when Chloe joked about the word hella.
Then again I have very poor observation skills.
Chloe was parked in the disabled parking space in episode 1... and she wanted to steal the money from the handicapped fund. Daaaamn.
That whole ending scene felt... SO wrong. Everything in my gut was telling me 'DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING'. Life is strange. Life is difficult. Life is complicated. But there are certain things about Life that define us. That change us. I've been through awful shit and god there are time I wish I could change it. But I can't and I won't. I'm some one different for what's happened. The world is. Chloe's pain with her father gave her pain and hurt her, but it was a part of who she was and somethings happen in life that we have to deal with. It is not life is there isn't something bad or good happening that we have to deal with...
As for the choices....
- I left the money. I felt awful about keeping Chloe in her straights but I know its difficult for disabled students to get shit on their campus' as it is so... : / Now, if it had been a bribe from Nathan's Father and the choice was between Money for Chloe with the risk of being caught, that might have been... more conflicting to me?
- I kissed Chloe. I ship that shit so hard and I don't see the harm exactly. Chloe takes the rejection gently, before anyone asks.
- I sided with Chloe and Joyce. I see no reason to do otherwise because that is a conversation that needs to happen and WON'T happen without conflict.
- I kept the Dog from Harm. That seemed like a... "Do you want to be a massive cock for no reason?" choice. : /
- Frank has the gun, but more because I didn't find it than a choice.... I've been meaning to do a new playthrough with changes made (mostly 'choices' I missed) so I'll keep that in mind.
Minior Choices....
- Lisa is dead. I guess she got over watered. Which seems REALLY odd to me. Water most plants where I live once a day and I don't live that far away from where the story takes place.
- I didn't "help" Warren with his exam. Once again, more of a 'I didn't know it was a thing' situation.
- I'm on the Vortex Club Party List. Didn't know this was a choice either.
- I didn't edit the Vortex Club List either. Same as above.
- I erased the cop's answering machine message. I suppose David could say CHLOE erased it if he finds out from his buddy later, but... eh...
- I helped Alyssa. I missed the one in Episode 2 so... Oops.
- I warned the Homeless woman... With the new Time Travel Developments, I actually got the odd feeling she'll be more important... Rachel???
- I took the photo in the past.
- I left the mark on the Fireplace.
I'm wondering if we should have a better word for these than 'choices'.
BTW, You can get a LOT of information from Frank, Nathan, and the Cop if you keep rewinding and talking to them. Blood Oath? WTF? And... I guess Rachel WASN'T Chloe's gf. That ship got sunk...
IIRC if you take too long Chloe is forced to let in David before you can hide. Then she claims it's not hers. While Max is standing right there. But I might be wrong.
