The last time I heard of such a thing was when one of our persistent vandals/trolls was peddling something along these lines. So I would not use such a thing - very likely that it's some kind of malware and it seems to be given your description.

Hey, has anyone been contacted by Fire Walk about a new converting program called TV Tropes Namespace Migrator? Apparently, he coded and executed this.
According to him, it goes like this:
It allows you to copy and paste a TV Tropes source and add namespaces on several work links. It also allows you to fix its sorting with Example Identation. Just copy and paste the source, convert it, and (wala!) you get a better sorted version with namespaced titles. When you done, copy the converted source and paste it in the article.
Has anyone been having issues with it? I\'ve been trying to use it, but trying to run it causes my computer to shut down.
