Pardon, but we can't allow a TRS thread with nothing more than an assertion of misuse. TRS threads started without evidence have a habit of not working.

Ultimate Evil is being misused as "greatest evil in the setting". That's a variation of Bigger Bad you want if that's what you think the definition is. Ultimate Evil is a villain that must not be seen because they are too horrifying to be shown on screen. This problem comes from the name: Ultimate Evil is not the first thing I think of when I hear "villain who is too horrifying to be seen".
