Wasn't there supposed to be something about mutant powers and secret societies in this game? Or are we not using that?
Exist, pursued by bearRule modification: If the +1 modifier would make your score 0 or less, do not add it. (If you put 2 and the next person put 3, your total is -1, not 0)
To calculate your field score (Violence, Mechanical, Brains, and Chutzpah) count the number of positive skills you have in that field and subtract 1. The total should be a number between -1 and 3.
If players want, I will have secret societies and/or mutant powers for the players, but if we do that the information will be sent via private messages.

Uh...I mean...possessing unregistered powers or being member of a secret society is treason. We must not have traitors in this RP!
The following information is for RED Level Troubleshooters only:
Character Creation:
GM's Note: This is loosely based on my reading of the Paranoia Reboot play test rules. Any further resemblance to the original Paranoia RPG rules or the rebooted rules is entirely coincidental.
To determine your ability score:
1) Choose twelve skills. Four of these skills you will assign three points to each, four other skills you will assign two points each, and the final four you will assign one point each. Unchosen skills will remain at zero for now.
2) Post your choices and wait for the next person to post her/his skill choices.
3) Subtract the next person's choices from your skills, then add one. If you chose Athletics 3 and the next person chose Athletics 2, your total is now Athletics 2. if you left Melee at 0 and the next person chose Melee 3, your total is now Melee -2. For all sixteen skills you should now have a value between -2 to 4.
4) For each field. Count the number of positive skills you have in that field and put the count by the name of that field. Example: If you have Athletics: 2, Guns:1, Melee: -2, Stealth: 0, your VIOLENCE is 2 (Athletics and Guns).
5) Each person starts with 5 Clones. For any field you have less then 4, you may sacrifice a clone to raise your field number by one (Example: If your VIOLENCE is 2, you can sacrifice a clone to make it 3). You may do this for multiple fields, but each field you can only do it once, so that if you raise each of your fields your new number of clones is 1.
6) At some point I will announce signups closed. The last person to post will use the scores from person one to do step 3 - 5.
There are sixteen possible skills, divided into four fields. (Skills were divided into fields by me, so may seem arbitrary and random. )
